Village Life in Northern Uganda Ride to Dokolo Town
Dokolo is located approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi), by road, southeast of Lira, the largest city in the sub-region. This is approximately 334 kilometres (208 mi), by road, northeast of Kampala, the capital of Uganda and the largest city in the country.

AWIRI was meant to be TONG WIRE.
There is also AWIRI in Arocha Division, APAC Municipality.
Probably the same old man travelled and saw both villages.
AWIRI is also in Kamdini. It may be a small cell within another cell but it's there.
History doesn't lie. And for this one, geography is in.
