But while working on actual project in organization we use APIs that need internet to access them. So they aren't APIs right? Are they webservices.

But then the main purpose of creating these variables is to be used by other requests. in that case, at what situation we will be removing these variables. Kindly clarify. if we need to remove the variables after receiving the response, we can do it by using local variables. then why use global/Env/Collection variables?
