Soy de venezuela, 3 preguntas que espero me pueda ayudar. 1 - La calibración de las válvulas de admisión y escape cual es.. ? 2- La correa de distribución, separacion de bomba al arbol de leva cuantos dientes son asi mismo cuantos desde el arbol de leva al cigüeñal? Es que pongo el motor en marcha y a lo que acelero escapa mucho humo negro. 3- L distrubucion de la correa es la misma para el ld23?

Hello DIY Spanner, I have a 92 vanette diesel and it started running terrible since I let the tank run low, blowing out white/grey smoke, running now like on 3 cylinders and when cold stalls when idling. I have changed the fuel filter and drained the tank, ran neat forte injector cleaner(filled the fuel filter with it) but to no avail. I took the injectors out and had them tested by CAE diesel who said they were in good working order and said it is most likely the injector pump that needs rebuilding. Does it mean taking the cambelt off to get the pump out for them to fix ( how to do it?) it or could it be something else? Thank you for any advice. Chris.
@@DiYSpanner thank you for your reply . How do you take the pump of with the timing belt still on. Isn't the pump connected to the sprocket ? That is that the timing belt goes round?
@@thesos5165AFlojas el tornillo de la polea de la bomba. Quitas el tornillo y extraes la bomba. Pero antes debes dejar colocado los puntos de sincronizacion. Sincronizacion.

I'm sorry I don't know the exact torque of this engine. I just torqued it until 80 N.m
En mi manual pone 120 nm no es demasiado? O solo lo apretó a 80nm muchas gracias por contestarme

We usually removed the injection pump with timing belt on.
