Im currently in school for medical coding and your tips on these subjects are blunt as you said but they can change your perspective on things and help you keep an open mind to things. So until I feel comfortable to take the ccs exam i will continue to work in retail customer service. My perspective on working with people was skewed due to the experiences I've had as a retail/fast food server. But afte watching this video had changed my perspective to a more positive outlook on it. I want to thank you for not only preparing me for working with providers but with my current job which I may be with for another year or so.
