I have the same issue but in the connection category not on-premises data gateway
I have a data set that works fine
I have two online spread sheets linked to it
The issue is only with one of them
When i delete it and create a new one the problem stays,
I can't leave it since I need that sheet to represent specific dashboards
I tried deleting cashe just in case to prevent it from duplicating the issue even after creating a new one of the same data set
I made sure the credentials are correct and just like the other sheet which works just fine
But I don't have any clue of why it still doesn't connect and the web view is off
