No Festool, no table saw, no fancy lighting, no all new store bought stuff. Just normal tools, stuff that had been lying around put together smart. Love it :) Only tip I or would like to add is a piece of lumber all along the length of the table to prevent it from bending/buckling when pressure is applied. Keep it up!
I love how people who don't have extensive skills or equipment can use your videos to make things. I'll follow your tips to make a murphy bed and this desk. Thanks.
I live in a tiny apartment and have been looking for workbench ideas. This gives me some great inspiration. I will need to make some alterations for this to fit where I need it to, but its a great start. Thank you!
I knew you were working with top quality rain forest, old timber/wood which you call ''lumber'' (lumber is really huge sawn trees), but I didn't expect to see the finish come up so well. That wax you created is superb. That's a product waiting to happen kid.. people in the West pay big money for natural finishes like that.. think about it..that was very impressive. I can't imagine what you could do with quality resources and tools. Well done!
Well can you keep that information to yourself and just ship it to the West! LOL Woodworking is a very old trade here and nobody does it anymore.. All the old school tradesmen who were really good are all dead now.. ship builders, coach builders, cabinet makers ...all of them gone.. old school cabinetry is a niche market.. its ''boutique'' and hard to come buy. Its like art. some people will pay for it and others can't be bothered. I think your creativity is excellent and yo have an eye for quality. I support you 100%.
Thank you! Simple! Cheaper alternative to make instead of buying all those expensive ones you see online. 💸💸💸I'm looking for something like this for my kitchen. I only have enough space in my kitchen between my refrigerator and a wall across from it for space. Right now I have a 2 person sitting table. To walk into my kitchen, you have to turn sideways to walk between the refrigerator and the table; unless your thin enough to fit.🤣 If, your carrying something wide, you have to lift it up and over the high of the table or move the table completely out of the way. 🤦🏽♀️ Huh smh. ☹. Ppl need to ✋🏽being haters. Everybody don't have 💸. This is a great idea for me!! Just what I've been looking for!! ✌🏾👍🏽💯😷💞
I'm so glad I just found this! I'm moving into a new apartment that has no room for a regular dining table, so this will be a perfect alternative and you've made it so easy that anyone can do it! Instant subscriber! Great video! 😁👏
Thank you for this simple yet very effective design and tutorial. I was gonna pay someone to build me something, but I’m confident I can tackle this no problem.
You did a beautiful job what great engineering & I love the contrast of the beautiful brown table & aqua colored wall ;) fantastic & convenient to keep your space open when the table isn’t in use! ;) Love it & thank you for this helpful video.

Thanks!🎉 I'm gonna do this project myself. Pre made folding tables are outrageous in cost.
Love this! Not too complicated with special tools and easy to follow. Great job!
Respect! You manually screwed in all the screws and manually sanded :) good idea for the holder but magnets seem even better one!
