off line teaching can also be online , e.g teacher teaching in a class room by using internet on LCD in order to demonstrate something like today's digital classrooms

Yes Rather you are correct teaching in class by using Internet on LCD is just a digital method of teaching.
Online and offline can only be separated on two basis that is location and time as I explained in my lectures.
