In a big, big story, in a fairy tale,
A little elephant and a round chickpea do prevail.
A red thread is tied and wrapped around a reel,
And so, yes, it’s very true, it begins the fairytale for real.
The seed was planted and so the chickpea it grew
From a forgotten state came such a plant, it is true.
Time passed quickly, up it went, it would not stop its great ascent
It grew and it reached the sky for it had a great water supply.

So, it will be the little lively elephant’s turn now indeed.

The elephant passed by and it saw the chickpea
And so, decided to join the magical fairytale tree.
He wanted to really find a way and shed a small hidden tear.
Suddenly he had a wonderful thought, and it was very clear!
The children in the story then helped their little friend.
They all made a balloon, and the problem, it so did end.
The little elephant flew up oh so high and then reached the top.
The magnificent view from there of all the land, made him smile nonstop!
