Flats are a lot of homes stacked on top of each other and next to each other which u can access from the outside by walking over a sort of balcony thing. The elevator and stairs are (most of the time) on the inside. Apartments are also homes stacked on top of each other and next to each other, but u can only access these from inside. I got heritage house and I love it! The only thing I didn’t like that much was the darker colors, so I made it lighter and then I yk added more landscaping. It’s a solid 8.5/10 for me ☺️ I wanted to get yours but I don’t have large plot 😭

I’m not sure if this happened with any of the other TH-camr ones, but Ashley‘s was actually redecorated a bit by one of the devs. I’m pretty sure because when she went to check it out and one of her videos, she mentioned that when she entered the house. It looked pretty much completely different Than what it looks like when she built it if that makes any sense.
