This likely sounds like a stupid question but I really don’t know for sure. When you say, you’re going through the center of the beads, do you go through the center of the actual bead, under the bead? I just don’t know how to get through the center of the bead once you’ve closed it with the tool. I’m so sorry for sounding so ignorant. Ending the side pieces have proven very difficult to hide and not come lose, as well. Any suggestions? 🙏

Yes! I’ve tried TONS and it is the only brand I will use. I’ve used handtieds, machines wefts and tape ins. All amazing.
