Bro, it's not from Keren's, if you're going to use the bike lane, turn off your bike light and use the pedals. It's okay to be careful, but you're not supposed to use the bike lane where you run too. It should be legislated, I have "X20 E-Bike" and I turn off the electricity of the bike and use the pedals when I ride the exclusive bike path. Or it should also be legislated, if an electric bicycle is going to be used on a cycle path, it must run what a bicycle runs.
I hear where you are coming from, but there already is legislation on e-bikes here in NYC. Up to class 3 is required to be on bike path if there is one otherwise you get a ticket
