With push ups its impossible but however a calisthenics edition would be for abs crunches, plank and leg raises while for back pull ups, bent over rows and australian pull ups
@@TahjXSimba it doesnt build the back, however a push up is a compound mocement and like a plank which targets the abs but not much but back no way because its nit a pull movement nor its an exercise that targets it
Id say wrist training for stiffness. Iron fist training where you punch through more and more difficult to break martial arts punch boards. And slow form work through slow shadow boxing imagining how you would truly fight in a real moment. Punch then shift your weight dip down with one leg twist your body snap twist the other way and throw a punch while also pushing with leg during the step forward motion going on at the same time as the arm throw of the punch and the rotation of the torso. Shift back into whatever stance you would in the moment and try a body shot how did your bodyweight get thrown around during the punches and the moments before and after each strike. Play with it. Use your body weight. Throw it like momentum as you punch. Move with it. As you get the form down and learn how to best rotate push with legs and punch to maximize time power and full body activation of all the muscles involved your doing it over and over slow is not only teaching your mind what to do consciously but your basically doing katas so its burning the experience into your nueral network and muscle memory. As you go faster your body will be used to punching how you showed it to properly move. So when you work up to punching your fastest your body will be assisting by automatically punching the way it learned slowly. Meaning your still using the twist the leg push the arm throw etc. It becomes natural. I trained like this shadow boxing for an hour per night for months and it helps alot.
The first time I punched a bag for an hour straight my confidence went through the roof. I'd been training for 15-30 minutes usually everyday. When i went for an hour straight my dad came outside and asked if I was okay, I just said I was having fun.
this is great advice. people often overlook shadowboxing and forget how important it is. i’ve dropped most of my sparring partners this year because i implemented a similar training style to this
Punching power, knuckle shoulder with pushups, explosive cable woodchoppers for your midsection, but don’t forget to get strong hip flexors and quads and calves because thats where most of the punching power really comes from
Push ups build the arms chest and abs, punching with weights builds your back along with explosive punching power and speed. (Btw, if your abs don’t burn after push-ups, you’re not doing push ups with correct form)
Do knuckles push ups and count to 5 when you go down then explode up your punching power will greatly improve
Do I count whilst going down or count when I’m at the fully down part of the knuckle push up.

Every time I train I do 100 knuckle push ups
@@user-zn4tp9fu3zwrist position maybe. Mostly the explosive part of the movement, for explosive strength
@PioneeringPositivitythat’s probably bc you’re doing other pushups before you do the knuckle pushups
🎉
I have limited mobility with diamond push ups. Damn near tore bicep trying to do one 😭

Knuckle push ups on stone.
I feel bad for your knuckles but all seriousness I love the idea.

Start with keeping your hands up while you punch
Knuckle push ups are good but I don't see how clapping your hands helps in a fight😅
Helps with explosive power
Then you arent good at fighting if you don't know why.
explosive push-ups left the chat*
Those are clap pushups
What are those
But explosive knuckle pushups have entered the chat
He covered explosive pushups lol
He included explosive pushups.
Just make your tricep stronger if you can do that exercise
