So much info on your channel. Interesting to listen your thought processes with your suspension setup. So helpfull, also i love seeing you on stEVO. for me it IS kind of like,, against the stream" with all that 180mm travel big enduro bike, high pivots, etc.... Love it. Keep it up man!!
Awesome, thank you! We think a lot about the bikes and set up so we usually just end up with whatever is faster and don't worry about the current 'trend'
Romain has to be my favorite person to watch ride a bike...supernatural ability and just comes out the woodwork to win events like the Stone King Rally twice, the Trans Provence and a few ace results at an EWS here and there just for extra measure!

Whats your thought process behind the high speed being fully open and the low speed compression settings?
We want the support and ramp of an air shock but the sensitivity of a coil so that's the settings we ended up with. It's firmer than recommended because I like the feel so we didn't need to use any damping to prevent travel blow through

So interesting to watch! Which rebound tune are you running (linear or progressiv)? Keep it going!
That's a very good question, stock rebound tune for the 2023 super deluxe but I'll have to get TP to confirm what it actually is. Tom can you help pls??
@@Chazmaztv I think, that the new Evo models (Alloy Elite) that came with the RS suspension will have the progressiv rebound tune. If a normal guy like me, buy an aftermarket Super Deluxe it always will have a linear tune and for compression it will be always low (L1).
