38:07 the “dad has to either be on the birth certificate (& in order for a man to be on a child’s birth certificate, he has to fill out the paternity paperwork) & if he’s not, then a DNA test has to be done in order to put a man on child support . Can’t just put anyone on child support

I think depends on the state but in my state you can put them on child support without a DNA test if they are on the birth certificate. So if a man signs a birth certificate thinking it’s his baby then finds out afterwards it might not be it something, she can still put him on CS. But he can request a paternity test if that’s the case.

YES to DNA tests at birth. I have ALWAYS said this should be the case. A couple years ago I told my now husband I can't believe he didn't ask for a DNA test when we had our child back when we were teenagers. There's never been a doubt he's the father but it's crazy that it's not required.
Yeah, I’m 6 months pregnant & my bd said I’m one of the few people he trusts & doesn’t want a DNA test. 😂😂 like, I wouldn’t lie about that. But, it’s funny bc what if I were?

Since yall love tea, my ex BESTIE who I’ve known since I was 3 years old, lost her sister when we were 19. Before that I messing with this guy who was a bum, idek why I was with this guy…..but she was always lowkey flirting…..any ways her sister passed away, I was there for her and her sister was staying in the same apts as me. So I was always having her over she couldn’t sleep I would go over to her house, stayed with her through the holidays, helped her brush her hair, she was of course a mess because her sister, but she literally ended up after months of her sister passing, did it with this guy I was in my bathroom while I was asleep…disgusting. Didn’t tell me until 9 months later my birthday, not only that she ended messing with her dead sisters 1st baby daddy and now she’s about to have his second kid. Yall live in LA but horrible people are everywhere! I’m way past it now but I literally have trust issues with friends, family and relationships.
