陳金兒說謊！CHINAT Engineering 中科工程的並不是報價單，而是管理合約的成本估價，文件是她在2021年1月份中科工程荔枝角寫字樓不請自來時連同管理合約取走，這是管理合約中第38頁文件。而且中科不參與工程，只進行管理，根本不存在30%千多萬首期。文件中橙黃色部份代表麓湖精舍預算1,965萬元 (陳金兒2021年6月份報價3,632萬元貴了近一倍)，藍色部份代表佛泉寺預算993萬元 (陳金兒報價2000幾萬元亦貴了超過一倍)，綠色部份是沒有政府特別批准不能施工的佛泉和佛林。主持人翁靜晶文件在前竟然完全忽略數值比較，還說陳金兒報價5000多萬元比中科的6400萬元低，真實情況是貴了一倍。
