I have the old one and it’s been a year I purchased it,and accidentally a weeks ago and of them went inside of the sink…. And completely wett,et voilà it works as before,really recomended they are amazing quality and well better than the expensive one
What model do you have? I liked them at first but after using it for a while the cheap quality shows its flaws. Something got loose in the right earbud and moves around! 🤦😅
I got them for $15 not expecting much. I am shocked at how good these generics sound compared to the AirPod pros. They probably won't hold a charge as long, and are missing the low, and high end frequencies you'd prefer, but the bass is all there with medium frequencies.
The only thing I don't like is that the case stays on in charge mode unplugged until it is completely drained of battery with no way to turn it off, or at least I haven't found a way, but the earbuds will hold a charge and turn off.

I’ve been using them for two months now and they really have very nice sound and bass. I genuinely liked them, and had no trouble pairing at all (android & iOS)
That's probably because of how cheaply this product is made. Something got loose in the right earbud and keeps moving around. I guess your best bet is to reach out to the sellers and ask for a replacement or refund. Most of them have lifetime warranty.

I then hold the button on the back for 3secs then the white light blinks a few times but nothing shows up on the device. I have tried my iPhone, iPad, and a Samsung tablet. I bought 2 and the same thing is happening with both so I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong.
You did everything right, So it leaves 2 scenarios. 1. earbuds are defect, which is unlikely since you have 2 of them. 2. your devices not supporting the Bluetooth v5. but earbuds should work with v4 as well. I don't know if you did this, but when the light on earbud starts blinking, click search again on your device to refresh the search or turn on the Bluetooth when you see the lights flashing. I can't think of anything other than that! 😅
I had the same issue but I took the clear wrapping off the actual headphones plugged them back into the box they come in and closed it. Once I opened it back up they appeared in my Bluetooth settings.
Righ earbud is quite and otherwise I wonder why is not going loud and other way left is going okey but every time I open to hear one earbuds and open it sound goes quite from other ?? 🤔 Idk why
I have no Idea why! Now that you mentioned it, sometimes I feel left is louder than my right. not with this earbud, other earbuds, once in a while! It might be just because how brain works! lol
I think it depends on how the audio of the video is being captured, you know how these asmr videos can move like going from left of your ear to the right of your ear maybe that “audio” was leaned on more having volume to the other ones

Yes, they have a very good audio quality! To turn the ANC, you need to tap 3 times on right earbud. same to turn off.
How is the mic quality? like can the person on the phone hear your voice well when using the earbuds ?

No, it did not. It was fully charged.
I got about 20 min out of mine then a voice said they needed to be charged. YMMV!

That is true, I think it's always best to try different audios to test if something is wrong or not. or even ask others.
