You would never think any of these 'gangsters' that James has interviewed ever lived a life of crime. They just come across so likeable and polite it's hard to believe they were evil in the past. Good on them for seeing the light and turning their lives around.

I want to get a message to the kids about knife crime now and I’m a ambassador for a group called “Change Your Like Put Down Your Knife” Terry Ellis and Ben Spann do the admin James! I’ve got a story to tell and it’s not Glorification of crime, Prison hurts many people , I want to tell the kids to keep their knife in the kitchen drawer where it belongs!?! I’ve had people stabbed in front of me and sadly they didn’t make it and seen lots of very bad violence in prison I did heroin and crack and was in a mental hospital and taken hostages and would love a opportunity
