I been using fleet bork rush. it's been really good.
But I'm also low elo so it probably not as good as I think.
@@The25thWanderer na bro that makes sense. Pz zZang (the best yasuo in the world) says that fleet is the best rune rn and bork into IE is the best general items right now.

Yasuo is kinda forced to go out the First item component in order to make ANY build path work, for example if you go Bork, you have to kinda go Zeal after or before Bow to start having kill pressure, if you go Navori or PD, you have to buy some AD by BF Sword/Pickaxe (Dont go PD ever cause the item feel really bad), Kraken has the Life Steal Problem so a Vamp may be required if you are not ahead, the only trade off we have is that we can kinda build more items acording to the game state and a slight better late game but far week early
i have been doing the TWP build with PD rush into mercs / tabis and IE second item. and it feels pretty good.
why go pd instead of navori. both give same stats besides 4% extra ms from pd (you already get max q with boots + 1 item)

Obviously this works best with a yummi/raka/nami but works even without them if your up against a lot of Magic damage
If you build zeal first you get 25 movement speed and you can upgrade it to pd then you'll have 42 movement speed i feel it's better than rushing boots so you can reach i e faster
I've been using Berserkers > BoRK > Mortal Reminder > Cloak > Infinity Edge. You shred anybody and everyone as if they were an ADC. And its fantastic. It lacks the attack speed to do the two autos during your ult, though.
It sounds a bit like a troll build but I've had a lot of success with this path:
Berserkers > Tri Force > Vamp Scepter > Shieldbow > IE > then finish BT > Situational item (GA or Kaneic are my go to)
Tri force deals a surprising amount of dmg early so I don't feel too punished for not taking a crit cloak early. Not to mention it helps resolve the attack speed issue thanks to the AS ax component. Go sheen second w PTA and you are chunking enemies with short trades.
Plus since I'm on the lower ranks (Aka Diamond and below) games go on longer and the build gets even stronger as you go.
The only con would be the cost, you 100% have to be a split pusher or take advantage of any free gold you can get to make use of this path. But you feel tanky early and deal solid dmg so it also works if you want to snowball.
And what runes do you use

@@Lucky-x4n That depends on the match up, if I'm vs a tanky mid jg (Galio, Shen, Sej, Udyr) then I do run Grasp w Alacrity and Absorb life.
If I'm vs a duelist like team (Irelia, Fiora, or even Yone) then I run PTA w bone plating for the early lead [conq sucks into these champs because of their dashes, and going for short burst trades tilts those players]
I only go conq into bruisers w beefy teammates such as Sett, Rhaast, Aatrox because you will have no choice but to take longer trades w them as the game goes on.
If the enemy comp is squishy but scales, then I go fleet, absorb, and cut-down w second wind for the mid game.
If they're squishy but aggressive (assassins or even trist) then I go HoB w sudden impact, eyeball collector, then relentless (if they're fast) or treasure hunter (if you have a comp that makes early roams/picks easy) for the early cheese/lead. Fair warning this rune does fall off a bit later once you have good attack speed BUT it has come in clutch during low hp vs low hp duels.

U can buy botrk first item better than pd build the next patch shieldbow will be buff
i playing conq with domination, sudden impact with eyeball, going for same items as urs, and honestly i playing on gold elo and i win my lane everytime, feels so good give it a try :D

Watch phreak's video, he said yasuo has almost as good winrate he had before lethal tempo removal with fleet footwork (0.5% lower) pd into ie
This whole guide is a day late and a dollar short...
My playstyle just could not adjust to PD IE, having much more success using Pzzang Bork buildpath
