I am curious. For example if you opponent has blocker (lets say Chopper 1c) and you swing at his leader with your 9c Whitebeard do you KO Chopper with Whitebeard effect before he blocks the attack?
Nice thanks for sharing. You count Momo as a blocker since players will want to KO him to remove that search engine from your deck right? I forget stuff like that, was only running 2. Toki > Bege? I was still going with the gangster cause I like him.
Yeah both searchers are essentially blockers early game. If your opponent doesn't ko them, you get more searches and more card advantage. I'm running both bege and toki, 3 each. Toki is way more versatile because of the counter but relies on having an Oden on board. Running 4 bege would be too gangster for me lol Thanks for watching!
I'm told going second as Kin is still preferred as they will lose life faster. I'm not convinced yet. Only difference I've noticed is that going first as Kin'emon, 7 Don if you play Oden on curve, next turn u can double swing before they can even put Whitebeard on board. If they spend the whole turn clearing Oden instead of Whitebeard that works for me. Lmk what your thoughts are. Thanks for watching!
I’m not convinced either. The matchup isn’t impossible but it has certainly felt difficult at times and the easiest way I’ve found to win is to land oden on 7. Going so far as making mediocre attacks or holding characters to ensure I don’t have too many characters on the board. When they play 9 drop while at 2 life and have an 8k leader on the first turn I can attack with oden are the games that hard.
Agreed. I'm thinking also that if I get Oden out on 7don turn, I should just double swing next turn instead of playing the 2nd Oden. The 2nd Oden is great but if they play out Whitebeard, I lost all of the advantage of playing the first one out on curve.
@@GreenOPCG So at 3:46 you would double swing with Oden to face? Or is there another play besides playing a second Oden? Could you pls elaborate if possible

Yup 9beard effect triggers "on attack" declaration. If he KO chopper then chopper is not there any more to block with.
@@GreenOPCG thank you!
