Answer to last slide depends on champs. Usually support have more agency over the lane, but some supports that's not true (especially heal/sustain supports). So, silver AD w/ diamond sup, put the sup on a playmaker and you'll smash. Other way around, have the silver sup on a 'keep the allied ADC from dying' champ so that their lesser skill doesn't ruin the strength of the lane. If we pitted those 2 setups against one another, I would still expect the diamond sup side to win lane.
I think if the diamond support is playing thresh or a play maker they can get the silver fed enough to the point where it doesn't matter how bad they are
It matter alot how bad they are. a silver scrub is likely to get caught out 24/7 after the lanephase.

It depends because most silver players don't always follow up on engages and will probably flash instead of lantern which, in turn, will cause you to tilt.

on the varus slides, it depends on who you are against, if they dont have tanks lethality will do alot of damage, if against beefy tanks then atk speed

Ocean > Cloud Phreak, the Health and Mana regen is soooo good. The move speed is nice and the extra damage can be great, but the ability to dip out and regen a bunch as any champ without a warmogs allows for constant push.

As a silver adc, I'm offended by Phreak's comment about last hitting under turret! It's not hard to prep the minions for it... unless I mess up (or pressured off) my wave management too much and my own minions are there focusing some of them down.
Low ELO ADCs generally have poor positioning and map awareness. Supports need to rely on these things to survive especially at low level, therefore a silver support with a Diamond ADC is a better combo. BTW Phreak is awesome even though he is an ADC.

as a silver brand support i can solidly say i can carry lane and snowball it into game

I mean, you could describe me as a TSM hater, but TSM DID MAKE PLAYOFFS IN 2018 spring. They did get knocked out by CG in the first round though (3-1).
I suppose it's funny that TSM not making finals has left such mental scars on a lot of people's psyches that they can't even remember what exactly happened in the spring 2018.

Diamond Mage support against a silver w/e can surely kill in 1vs2 , the issue is how suicidal the silver player will be on w/e position :D
For C9 to dodge the gauntlet and make it to worlds off of points. They would have to either win the split, or get second. If they get second they qualify off of points only if 100T loses in quarterfinals and echofox gets no more than 4th in playoffs. So chances are they are going to be in the gauntlet or they have to win the split. Because the chances of both of the other things that I said to happen, is so rare and unlikely.

UMMMMM as a silver player that last one was balls.
I have a friend in diamond and he played a pyke support and I went sivir who I main in bot lane. We crushed the 2 plat players in enemy bot lane. Im sorry they didn't answer the question. They saw a soraka and took the easy way out. ( the plat players were 5 and 4)
Also when I was solo queing flex 5 vs 5, I am a garen 1 trick basically in top lane and im silver 4 and I was able to carry the game after the jg got me 2 kills against the renekton. I went ghostblade into deadmans and just finished his first item and I literally snowballed top and got a triple kill 1 vs 4.
Once again they were low plat players.
All im saying is they should of actually debated it as worded instead of looking at pictures to make points.

i can 100% say it all depends on how good the diamond player and silver player is. That question is very silly.
That being said. Generally a supp has more potential to have impact in the laning phase. And after laning phase its mostly how good the adc can position to get the autos in.

they got the final question wrong, its not adc diamond & supp silver vs supp diamond and adc silver, its not one of them against each other, its against your normal elo, for example u are dia 5, would u rather have a supp silver vs 2 other diamonds, or would u rather be a dia 5 supp with a silver adc vs 2 other diamonds. The answer is easy, diamond supp will always carry harder the laning phase than a diamond adc.
Diamond ADC wins especially if it's a point and click support like soraka that's silver. If we're talking Thresh or something maybe it's a different story

As a silver supp, if I see my adc last hitting properly I will listen. So yeah diamond ADCs will wipe the floor against silver adc because I'll just focus on peel. My adc is good enough to 1v2
TSM didnt lose DoubleLift. They got rid of him. CLG lost Aphromoo... TSM getting rid of DoubleLift hurt more.
