Will this help for APT?
1000 KCAL just to stay up,! also this lateral pelvic tilt may cause by BAD 👟 👟 SHOES
Connor should I be doing these exercises on top of the posture programme I purchased? I have lateral pelvic tilt
Thanks
I was just texting with a family member about my hip mobility issues and assymetries in my gait and our surveillance overlords have graciously delivered me unto this video.
😂
May we receive mercy from our techlord saviors
😂
Goes to show that was no coincidence.

I will have to quit my full time job to address all the things that are wrong with my posture.
Please never stop posting. You are the first person who has actually helped my body. Your knowledge and explanations are amazing. Thank you so much for everything you do!
Means a lot to hear that. Thank you 🙂
@@conorharris you are a god send. First time I have answers and solutions,
I really doubt that you could take information from that video, please explain what you did that helped you because this seems like he is training someone to be a physical therapist and not helping patients
My is really high but this guy overloads someone is nlt specialized in physiology
@@conorharrisyour "assesment" of "leaning" towards once side is in 2d??
Dude i really would like to punch you right now for how complicated you structure this video and the "assessment"
There is so much more going on in a hip than just "leaning" in one side, its not just 2 d dude

You’re amazing!
with how much you give and how well planned out these videos are.
Your content is beyond valuable and I love the way you organize the information.
I also really appreciate how you note where you learned some of the techniques.
High integrity!
Great generosity!
Brilliant contribution!
May your paths continue to drip with Gold 💪💗‼️
You are a master at instruction. Well done. Your delivery......perfect!
Hands down the best information I've come across on this topic - so helpful
I managed to self diagnose this problem by searching where is my leg assimetry is coming from. Really nice to have your information, to check everything else effectively
Best video I’ve seen that helped me figure out my issue. 10 different chiropractors and five different physical therapists couldn’t help me. This video brought light to my problem. Thank you so so much. You deserve a trophy for providing accurate information about tilted hips and shifted bodies. ❤❤❤
I've lived with a leg length discrepancy from breaking my right tibia twice at a young age. I've been dealing with this imbalance for most of my life now and the constant discomfort and pain that accompanies it. This is vital information that you are sharing. Thank you!
You explain these concepts so well, thank you! You are helping me immensely.
I went through a Acl surgery 8 months ago and I wasn't able to walk properly or even stand on a single leg until last week , all this happen cause of your informative contents thank you conor , please make a video on leg length discrepancy due to left AIC, not just because I have it post my operation but also it will useful for someone like me going through abnormal walking gait .
This has relieved much of my hip/low back pain.
I was about to ask for the list of videos you recommended doing to fix lateral pelvic tilt and moving up and down the chain to fix the entire body from this. But you creating an article is so much better! Seriously need this so much.. my body is a mess :/
You’re amazing for putting this content out, thank you 🤯 so difficult to figure this stuff out as you age and how to heal yourself
This channel and E3 Rehab are the 2 best for explaining WHY things are, not just HOW to fix them. This video explains a lot for me personally...I am 61, obese and suffered a right side gluteus medius tendon tear about 10 months ago. Getting doctors to take me seriously and not just chalking it up to 'referred back pain' has been non existant. This would explain why my left trapezius muscle begins to burn and become very painful if I am walking/strolling for an hour. I never realized how important our hip strength was...now my challenge is to try and correct some things before it gets worse.
Great work as always Connor, i am using your approach with a lot of my patients.
I would love you to lecture us about joint/bone anatomy, especially what the most common differences in each person can look like.
Depth of hip socket, femur length relativ to tibia, "tight" ankles (dorsiflexion) and the resulting consequences for movement - for example doing a simple squat.
There is a lot of stuff online which contradicts each other.
I think you are the perfect fit to shed light on this chaos.
Is it good to have the same measurements in both sides?
Wow you the best .
Not even my doctor ever evaluated in this detail.
I tell you you the best .
Wish you all the success.
Bro is this helped you plzz reply
Dear Connor, thank you so much for the video, also the fact that you made it very clear where and what should be felt is also very helpful. I have found that with myself, the fact that the hips are asymmetrical is more prevalent when I am on a deep position on a squat (my left leg ist more adducted and down than my right leg).
I don't ever usually post comments on TH-cam but I have to say how ecstatic I am finding this channel, I've had two hip surgeries with a 7 year gap (as we found out the first one wasn't a success) before I was 25. All the physio over the years only resulted in minimal satisfaction. The visual demonstration you presented is exactly how I've felt all these years and it's only been a week but I can't believe how much relief I've already experienced. Much respect.
Hey how are you now (: ?
These are fantastic! So many people have this issue, it will be very helpful. Thank you
Thanks Connor!!! I’m really hoping this kind of physical medicine becomes more popular in the near future because it has been sorely needed and is only becoming more necessary as our modern lifestyles have changed. You are providing a HUGE step by making this information free and readily available cannot thank you enough.
Did it work
Thank you for sharing this invaluable information! You are helping a lot of people. I look forward to more great videos.
This is the best video in the internet Conor, thank you, so much
What a clear explanation! Awesome!!!
This is such a satisfying video because of that deep explanation of how this twist impacts each area of the body. I’ve continually tried to address hip, low back and shoulder pain individually and addressing one always leads to more pain somewhere else!
Fantastic content, thank you
So did you get any success in eliminating all the pain and impingement issues??
@@gouravsingh8976 it’s a long term issue, but I feel like I’m making progress
Connor, you’re a Godsend. Thank you so much for your thoroughness not only in theory, but in demonstration. I have come across a lot interesting PT across social media, but your gradual approach (and PRI) takes the cake. I hope to eventually level my hips, end my chronic lower back pain, and get better sleep 🙏
I had vulvar cancer and had radiation treatment and chemo for 7 weeks and had issues with limited hip range of motion, now I have problems on my left leg they thought it was IT Band syndrome, but I was informed today that I have entropy on the muscle attached to the IT Band. I checked your videos out and it makes sense and gives me hope going foward. Thank you
Thank you so much for this. Please more content like this. It's life saver
Conner I've been trying to understand what's going on with body alignment and this is it thankyou
Conor, just wanted to say thank you. I’ve been battling with this issue for years. I was very active in college (7 years ago) until I tore my left hip labrum while running 100m intervals on the track. I had arthroscopic surgery after PT didn’t help. Since then, I’ve felt a lot of “muscle guarding” that I haven’t really been able to release, and my activity level has waxed and waned as I’d flare up with random issues (hip and shoulder pain, feeling twisted and uneven etc). I’ve tried all the pelvis correction exercises on TH-cam, and have tried endlessly to regain functionality. I’d have to warm up for 30+ minutes before any kind of lower body training, and my warmups were still quite lengthy for upper body training due to the negative effects on my torso. I believe I worked myself into this mid stance tilt favoring my right side due to my injury. The way you explained that it’s not so much of a hip hike issue, but more of a stance issue was a total lightbulb moment. I can’t count the amount of times I’d stretch my obliques, try to activate my glutes, stretch this, strengthen that etc. a never ending wave of “corrective” exercises that didn’t do much of anything.
After going through these 4 exercises twice just today, I felt much more aligned, and my brain now seems to understand a different (the correct) way of movement that has been eluding me for years. I just sat down and stood up after eating lunch, and when I reached my left leg for the ground, I didn’t brace up and anteriorly “reach” my left hip for the floor like I usually subconsciously do. I struck the ground in a more neutral fashion. Might not be explaining that perfectly, but I can tell these exercises are a God send for me, seriously. Thank you for your work, Conor. You have an amazing mind for the human body and I’m super excited to ease my way back into training like I used to love doing.
Foreskin stretches are useful
Man, I have been in the exact same boat as you following hip arthroscopy this march and falling into the guarding and same ineffective rehab techniques. finally feels like Im heading in the right direction with this
How are you feeling now ???
Any update on how youre going?
@@CynthiaCaresse Doing very well. I don't do these exercises anymore. When I feel myself out of alignment, I can mentally correct it just by relaxing my left hip slightly and engaging my right slightly. I had been walking with this guarded feeling on my left side, like I couldn't get it to relax and extend properly while pushing off my left.
Also, if you have a similar issue, another thing that I found helpful for me was his breathing videos - specifically breathing in such a way without contracting the neck muscles. Loosening my neck tightness (just by mentally thinking about relaxing the neck and practicing proper breathing technique), which I thought was a byproduct of my hip misalignment, has had this synergetic effect on my hips. For example, when I relax my hips first, it's easier to relax my neck, and vice versa.
Overall I'm much less tense and my pain is down considerably. And when something feels off, I can mentally sense where I am in space without checking myself in a mirror, and think about activating or relaxing certain areas. Hope this update helps!
Highly underrated channel. Come on people!
Thank you. You are simply the best. I appreciate all you do.
Its really the best summary i have seen so far, probs for that and thanks a lot for the help😄👍
Ok so this exercise at 10:04 in the video legit fixed my problem in 10 min. I had had scoliosis for 6 months prior caused by muscle imbalances and tilted pelvis and 6 doctors couldn't help me but this exercise did it. It fixed me and my back is literally straight with no more pain. I can't even believe it but it's true. God bless all of you and I hope one day you won't have any back pain!
How often did you perform the exercises? And did it take 6mos to fully correct?
@@LCLadjev No, for months i was told to perform other exercises by PTs and doctors that did nothing to help me. Then I tried the test where Conor made the guy lift his legs in the air and found out I have vastly different ranges of motion in my legs and one was very heavily biased towards internal rotation in the hips while the other one was the opposite and was rotated externally. This lead me to believe I had a rotated/tilted/twisted pelvis and my spine wasn't the problem.
After a bit more research it made perfect sense why my spine had the curvature it did and after only a few MINUTES of doing this exercise mentioned in the video and a bit of postural awareness my back straightened out automatically. The next day I had no pain and my back was visibly much straighter. After only a few days everything was back to normal and I am now 99% pain free.
Even yesterday I went for a very long walk which I hadn't been able to do for months at this point. I just worked on evening out the internal/external rotation in my hips until I was able to do the leg lift test with pretty even ranges of motion and everything else followed by itself. I also try to be mindful of how I position my feet when I walk and to distribute my weight evenly in the correct places.
@@LCLadjev for context, I had levoconvex lumbar scoliosis as my pelvis was twisted internally on the right side and externally on the left. My range of motion on the right leg was very big and very limited on the left.
Most doctors here told me how scoliosis is something you are born with and you can't do anything about it and it will only get worse with time... an actual orthopedist told me my curvature originated in the middle of my spine just because it appeared that way visually. These people are legit stupid and have no idea what they are doing yet they're out there performing surgeries on people and then blame their patients when nothing gets better.
How was I able to correct everything in a few days by myself with a bit of reserch on the internet after I gave up on listening to doctors?? And they can't do anything even with years of medical education...
@@mvb2683 Ok yes, I have the same issue where my left hip is more externally rotated and right is more internally rotated.
@@mvb2683Hi, can you please talk to me??
Thank you for providing such helpful information.
You are doing great job! I am so happy I found you and your videos!
Love all this content!
Literally have this in the right side exactly like you described. Insanely helpful thank you.
How’s it been going fixing it?
Wow!! Awesome video, I have been trying to figure out what the heck is going on with my hips for so long and this is EXACTLY what is!! Thank you so much!! I’m a massage therapist and your content is very informative
Has these exercises been helpful you? I just started doing them.
Ok…. Going to try and keep you posted. Thanks for information
I have developed so many issues in my body this past 18 months until finally this week my back went. I have been to see an osteopath and he said my pelvis is twisted / tilted so I am guessing this could have caused the foot pain, neck pain and everything else I have been experiencing this year. Very informative video thank you
I just needed this and no one explains with the exact details u need. Keep up the posts man ✌️
Excellent video working with a patient with left lumbar scoliosis need to check her gait to see how she is pushing off her left foot.
I can't believe I've lived my whole life without this information. This is massively my case caster breaking both legs and hips am twisted up.
Have seen so many specialists and not one of them had a clue compared to this .
Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou
Very useful. Thank You!
Conor, hard to put into words how much you have given me. Relief from chronic knee pain, renewed determination to regain optimal function. How is it we have highly-trained physios who do not know this material? I clearly shared with them my home assessments which would have indicated left AIC (new term for me), including sartorius and quad-dominant activation. Physical competence has always been a huge part of my life, work, identity. Heartfelt gratitude for your generous sharing here.
I just finished physio education - it is simple: they teach you a lot of useless stuff.
If you want to be able to help ppl you have to learn from other sources.
It is a joke, over 3 years spent on it, maybe 1 year would be required for the stuff that is really helpful - over 2 years wasted.
Would never do it again!
@@alfonshabibi2595 It's astonishing to me the incompetence of some "physical therapists" and how inferior their "therapy" is. Most do not address root or underlying issues. My experience is that very few are helpful to their clients.
what do you mean by "quad dominant activation" ? I am also dealing with chronic knee discomfort and I have a feeling it has to do with my quads being overactive, some of the PRI techniques that I've tried are supposed to inhibit the quads but for me they just keep firing on
They simply got no clue.
I learned how to treat and train ppl from very unconventional sources, a very experienced woman who does thai massage, my kickbox sensei, my yoga teacher and other ppl who i have met doing sports.
Also i taught myself by reading books and manuals about osteophaty, manual therapie...
Then i entered physio education and i have to say i did not pick anything up which could have improved the way i treat and train my patients/customers.
It was sad and brutal to listen to my "teachers" (some with 5/6 diplomas and titles) telling us absolute bullshit - for example how harmful and inefficient loaded stretching is - while i got my splits with exactly that method - of course none of my teachers had any basic skill in sports, none could do a split or a handstand, probably none of them can do 20 pullups.
If you just get that crap education and don't have any experience from sports and/or your own body, you are not able to solve any problem.
@@smoothmovenyc7992 Left Quads and Sartorius muscles are working harder than other leg muscles: glutes, hamstrings, adductors, etc. They are dominating, rather than working in concert i.e. normal reciprocal inhibition. This has resulted in left chronic knee pain and swelling. Previously detected restricted hip IR, weak big toe and medial calf muscles, flattened arch. Conor's content hits the mark for me! But I would say it's not the therapy or system, PRI or otherwise, it's the skilled practitioner and communicator. Keep at it!
I have been going to experts, legit and questionable alike, off and on for 25 years. No one ever taught me symmetry can go too far askew and you can't get back. I have been screwing my weight into my left arch all day, and just standing up from that, and it's the most incredible stretch in my left traps, upper left quarter of my body. I guess sometimes our body gets hurt, and we compensate the wrong way. Happened to me when I was young, maybe golf clubs and paper route bags messed my shoulders up? Then I dislocated my shoulder a lot... Now I finally feel I have found what I needed. Thanks for your help
Great video,thank you!
Holy fuck this is truly the most amazing lateral pelvic tilt video on youtube I swear. Finally I understand and can test my issue.
Nice explanation sir
I was born with my right side quarter inch shorter than my left. Also having Sway back, which I am learning that it all has to do with the weak hips, glutes, quads, hamstrings, ankles, feet, plantafacia, still no balance and coordination, and having Scloliosis, in which I have as a child growing up, Now learning from you this all plays a part in why my pelvic is out of lignment. ALL THIS TIME, WE JOKE SAYING" IT'S SWAY BACK," My Weaknesses of the muscles are due to dermatomyositis and Polymyositis. it didn't just happen over time or as I aged, it's been apart of me my whole entire life "RARE INFLAMMATORY AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE" like lupus, ALS and those who have MS. I, WE THANK YOU! YOU ARE SO HELPFUL MR. CONOR, I'm learning to much! GOD BLESS YOU!!!
Amazing instruction as always. I will always return to your channel for help and information. You have literally gotten me out of chronic pain. Thank you for helping people.
Great help Thankyou!
I really appreciate your help with this and the video, I have been struggling mightily with ‘uneven hips’ and this helps. One thing I noticed is that I was unable to shift on my left no matter how hard I tried. Went to chiro and massage to loosen things up and still couldn’t. Finally out of frustration I tried an SI joint release technique, which unlocked my left side, now I can hip shift with no problem. Hope this helps someone else who may be struggling like I was.
Which technique did you use for SI joint release ?
What exercise to release SI joint? I've tried several with limited success
Dr. Michael Rowe has a channel where he shows a technique using a broom handle. You Shook’s be able to search it on YT
Good evening Connor. I've been doing the first set of novice exercises that you give and so far so good. I wanted to ask you about 2 different postures that seemed to activate the same hip muscle as the one that consists in elevating the leg and pushing that you show. These are:
a) standing with parallel feet and opened and straight legs like doing a split, pushing the tilted side down, it seems to stretch my outter hip muscle
b) lying down and with slightly opened legs, pushing the tilted side to the contrary foot (elevating the hip)
I hope you can understand this explanation
This last exercise is the one that i feel helping me the most, obviously activating my right hamstrings and outer glute previously with the exercise before, appreciate the content mate, keep it up 🙌🏻
That one is money! Glad it has been helpful 🙂
I am glad you condensed the information. This is a major help, your excercises have given me relieve after 4 Years of chronic pain and new hope. I will check out your body restoration program. I can highly recommend this to anyone with chronic hip and back pain. It helped me. Tried osteopathy, physio, chiropractic and accupunctur, still do yoga regularly. All of them did their part - Conors excercises were the most effective.
Thank you, hope you are 100% very soon
Great video!! Will you ever go over 'bow legs' and what we can do to issue it? You mentioned it briefly in your flat feet video
I have several axial discrepancies with my pelvis. I’m 43 and I’ve been working on it for two years. Going to give this a shot. Hope to be able to dance with whimsy one day.
Thank you for the wonderful information! 😇♥️
I wasn’t sure if I have a tilt or not, but I remember one chiropractor that always adjusted my hips. At 5:20 you talk about higher arches and it made me think about my measurements done at fleet feet. One arch is way higher than the other.
from Paris : merci beaucoup thank you too much
Great video
Just standing on the opposite side of my shift in your 1st stance popped my neck and my back
Thanks for this
Hi @conorharris ! First of all thankyou so, so much. I can see how you work is changing lives...
I spent the morning reading your article and trying out the "tests" and to no surprise the results were "mixed", the top right side of the chart points to right lateralized and the lower left clearly points to left lateralized. I've tried so, so many doctors, physiotherapists, miofascial work, osteopaths... It's been many years. And I guess because of this extra layer of complexity that forms a "double torsion", nothing works and many times it actually makes it much worse. My question is... What are the risks of " "resetting you" back to the right side" so "we can better then shift you left.". Could it make pain worse? And how many times should someone try the workouts before they realize they're on the right side and not making it worse? I hope this isn't an impossible question ☺️ thank you again, you're amazing. Inês
This is exactly my condition! Before I found this, I have been guessing what causes my asymmetrical gaiting where my torso curves more on the right side whenever I'm walking. And I have a big wild guess that the culprit is my hips because my legs' length is uneven and sometimes when I'm doing an exercise such as, Russian twist
I'm having a hard time to balance my sitting position cause my butt is rocking from side to side 🥲. Thank you for the video ❤
Hey Conor, great video! Does pulling a sled drag backwards while keeping the left foot behind the right promote that push of the pelvis to a more neutral position?
Great vid again. Very detailed and easy to understand.
I had a dull peristant pain at the top of my left glute/ that comes on when I twist to the right or hike my left hip up. Do you have any idea what this could be?
Thank you ❤
I actually love you
I wish everyone i knew had the attention span to understand and feel this
Excellent! Thank yo7
Hi Conor, I purchased your Beginners Body Restoration program as I have a ACL Pattern to a tee, I have suffered with a twisted pelvis since child birth 20years ago, although you talk about the exercises in great detail there is no mention on what you can expect with regards to pain, I am experiencing more stiffness around the hips and hamstring and would like to know if this is normal. Than
thank you
Thanks man. I have so much weight on my left side, I feel like I can't breathe sometimes. I've been working on the complete exhalation thing from your other video, helping ascend my diaphragm. It's still pretty awful tho. I'm miserable all the time
Great instructional! Very detailed and easy to understand. Just one question, are the exercises shown here for right or left lateralized? Thanks.
I have the same question!!
Thank you
Hey Conor, quick question: Due to having lateral pelvic tilt, it affects the way that I sit, so is doing all the progressions in the article to fix it enough while at the same time sitting in a way that makes my lateral pelvic tilt even worse, I feel like it just un-does all the work. Do i need to be conscious about the way that I sit as well or just do the progressions? Great video by the way!
very informative video, im a boxer, have very strong hips/serratus, i was stretching my back and tore something on my side torso/hips, had sharp pain along my right torso when i breathed in till the next day, ever since that happened my right hip sticks way out and my obliques on that side seem to have disappeared or sunk under my ribs or something. very strange since my core looked very well developed before this happened. also cant punch for shit anymore, and have winged scapula out of nowhere. i really hope this video does something for me, gona try this stuff tonight and keep at it for a month or so.
Thank you for the amazing video as always. My assessment results show my lower body is lateralised towards right with hip IR better on right, ER better on left, higher right foot arch. But for upper body ir, er, abduction all are good on left, bad on right. Should I still try to lateralise the entire body towards right first, or just try to lateralise the upper body to the right, leaving the lower body as it is,or should I work on lower body first? . Thank you again.
Hello Mr.Conor, i have read and done the tests and exercises shown in your article. I have found great results in the few hours after i've done these exercises but then my body started to shift back to my original posture again. Is there anyway to actively walk with the corrected posture?
Should I do the correction exercises before or after training at the gym?
I sleep on my left side and I believe that is the cause of my pelvic shift. I hope this video helps. Thank you.
you alone fixed what others couldn't do for me thank you so much bro
Glad I could help 🙂
Congrats 🎉 how long have you spent to get recovery?
Great advice and demonstrations. How does this help if sacrum also rotates? Will this also help with shoulder/neck tightness on only one side?
Twisted my ankle over 4 years ago while moving. I had to keep going and I didn’t properly rehab , now my hips are here. I vividly remember my body adapting to the compensation… smh I should know better. Thank you!
Which ankle did you twist? What side do you have lateralization on?
Conor, thanks for posting this video! My son (14) has been struggling with his hips and a recent xray showed almost 0.4" discrepancy. It all started with continuously contracted psoas, iliacus, tfl etc. that caused many times sharp pain, so he could not do any exercise. Do you think this is all related to the asymmetrical hips and if we fix the hips, the contracted muscles will potentially go away? Thank you so much!
Conor, I came across this video this morning. I’m 13 days post left THR. I have a serious lateral pelvic tilt on my left side. Should I wait until my new hip is healed or can I incorporate these exercises with my post operative rehab. Thanks for sharing your expertise.
It is a great resource. But as someone putting the finishing touches to fixing my long term hip hike, I know what was required to fix mine. And it was brutal, gave me very long term pain, was complex and surprising and unpleasant things happened. However with the right tools, mindset, luck and perseverance it can be done. But stretching, excersises and breathing would never have done it for me. These days I'm running, dancing and my fitness app says my run is very symmetrical, unbelievably. But I know there is still a bit more adjustment required. Two years ago I could not stand or sit for more than five minutes and pain would follow soon after a short walk. That happened without any specific injury occurring. So yeah, fixing a severe hip hike is a brutal and risky process.
Hello Conor, I’ve noticed many imbalances in my body. Is there a simple test to see which is the root cause? I also yawn a lot when trying to breath properly etc
My man is missing leg day ! Just kidding thanks for the content and for sharing those precious way to help others 🙏
Hi Doctor, my right leg is shorter than the left one and I have a pain in my low low bag so please make an exercise video for that. Thank you.
@conorharris what if I have a hip hike on my right, but both my lower body and my upper body are turned towards the left? I don’t feel like I fit any of the scenarios in your video. thank you so much for what you do!
what a legend this man is.
I saved a buttload of money, that otherwise would be spent on physical therapy sessions, just watching this channel.
just dont do any of the jaw stuff thats potentially dangerous.
Thanks
Love your all your stuff, but could you make a video on a high left hip hike? Really hard to find something for this, everything I can find is for a high right hip. Would really appreciate it, have had pain and hip / back issues for more than 10 years now.
Thaks for all this knowledge!
A degenerative disc desease can affect the results of the assessments? What about scoliosis?
Can you talk about it?, please!
I have one leg 2” short from a compound fracture as a result of a motorcycle accident as a teen. I can only walk with 1 1/4” lift so I have been 3/4” short for almost 50 years. I just started having acute pain in the opposite shoulder, hip and knee that shoots down to my foot. My PT thinks it’s all about arthritis and meniscus tear in my knee (no images of the right knee). My right knee and mid leg is visibly curved in. I’m given PT exercises that cause more pain. I’m discouraged that my condition will deteriorate because I’m not taken seriously. I believe I could benefit greatly from correct exercises and this sounds like it’s on the right track for my issues. How can I tell if this would be helpful? If I’m following…I would do the opposite of your examples because my left leg is the one 2” shorter.
The main thing I see with Ankylosing Spondylitis and sacroiliitis. Without addressing this folks have a hard time exercising and they are always in pain when certain movements. Correcting muscle imbalances should be the first goal for all, especially with AS where it can cause dysfunction everywhere. Would love your take on sacrolitis and AS 🙏
