To get sound do u need to use the AUX in the glowbox? Since the aux in my glowbow is so low input sound. And do u guys know how i can get the aux to sound the same as the radio?

@@ohyeahnahui6803 I pulled out all the foams and everything in the back and it took me 8hrs but I got it to go in. It is VERY hard. The cables had to push all to the right, bend the right way, organized whatever I could and just cross your fingers. It's incredibly difficult and a huge pain. Good luck man
The adapter box you used for radio what is it called and were can I buy this I have installed a screen but my radio does not work I been searching all over id appreciate it if you can let me know

Bonjour , j’ai installé le même android , tout fonctionne bien sauf au démarrage de moteur l’écran s’éteint puis ne s’allume pas mais la lecture musique usb fonctionne , il faut que je le redémarre par le bouton gauche !

I just ordered an AUX cable to connect to the connector under the carpet edge?! Can I run that cable anywhere I want instead of glovebox, say uder carpet to the center console??

Hi I have the same set up. When I bought the car 2012 c250 it only arrived a frw weeks ago from a dealer and it has no sound. I've checked all fuses and behind comand system still no sound everything works but no sound help please

Hi, I have a question for you. I bought a display from China for my Mercedes W204 - it is beautiful, it fits perfectly but ... it turned out that I do not have a fiber optic cable or an input for such a cable in my original radio. Can I do something about it? did I just waste my money ? :)

So quick question. My install went great and everything works amazing including the rearview camera i got with the screen.. Just have a few questions I hope you can answer. 1) What is the microphone cable for? Obviously I know it's for a mic but what would be the reason for me to attach a mic to that cord if the Android screen has a built in mic already? Can't I already use voice control with google without it since the screen has built in mic or is the mic required for that feature? Or am I mistaken on the screen having a built in mic. Doesn't the car already have a mic in it? Or when the product says it has built in mic is it actually referring to the mic that can be attached to that cable? 2) Can I have 2 sim cards with the same number. I was thinking of putting a sim card in the Android unit so that I do not have to keep having to use my phone as a hot spot. Is there a way around this. I was thinking of buying a data only sim but if I can have 2 sim cards with the same number I wouldn't have to.

I just added this to my 2013C350. It looks amazing!!!! But I want to know can you add a microchip so I can have wifi in the car and not have to tether it?
HI Tye, There have 2 card slots on the right side of the unit, one is for the SD card, and another one is for the SIM card. Once you insert the sim card, you will have to reset the unit, so the system can recognize the sim.

I have the W204 c280 2009. I cant play music with my bluetooth and when i go on music or telephone my navi says „No Signal“ 😫 what can i do?
Thanks for the install instructions. I just completed the installation and am having one problem. The reverse/backup camera feature doesn't work. When I put the car in reverse and the android screen is already booted up, absolutely nothing happens. I need to go to the NTG menu to see the back up camera and it works fine there. Any ideas?

Yes, this system is fully compatible with the original system. After the installation, you can still see the original screen as before.

How did you get on? My W204 with AUDIO 50 APS has no Aux port. Did you use the media interface in the glove box. Anxious to know how you worked around this problem. Danke

Hi Johnny, according to your information, seems like the issue is from your original radio head unit. However, our new system will provide you with the capability of Bluetooth phone call and music, Built-in wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. That one may be a better alternative than getting a new original head unit.

no, I bought it from private but I would like to install it on my c180 w204 year of construction 2008 t model. so far everything is fine except radio no signal on the display. I only hear about radio on the display. says no signal

@@AutoTecPro Yes I own a CLA 250 2014 4 MATIC 4.7 NTG. I bought a unit that was for a C CLK CLASS with 4.0 NTG because for my model it was sold out. They told me every unit is the same and that it would work with mine. Is that true?

Hi You can hold the app and there is a tiny cross sign show on the upper right corner of the app. Click on that and it will uninstall the app.

@@diogomarques200 Hi Diogo, this system already support the reverse camera. You do not need to run the wire all the way to the reverse light and add a relay. This system comes with a separate camera power output and it gather the reverse signal from the canbus, so you do not need to run the wire to get the reverse signal.
