I know! Carl is absolutely entertaining to watch, but boy is Ryu a beast.
Carl's strength is falling for literally every troll and ways to die, so he's very funny to watch, Ryu is just good at the game.
Remember Carl's "Getting over it" level? Every other streamers were screaming in rage, and too between an hour for the fastest and up to 20 hours to clear that stage, and Ryu just thought it was a nice level after playing it for like 20 minutes and dying only three times...

I think it took Ryu longer than 20 minutes, it just seemed shorter cuz of his edits. Still, he was much faster.

Nobody who has any knowledge of youtube will be upset if you ask for Subscribe/Likes in your video. Their's a negative connotation with it for some reason, but it helps the channel grow so much faster, you deserve it man!
Ryu is the only youtuber who gently asks you to subscribe at the end, he doesn't shout it every 1.2 seconds
Imagine a dev frog suit in a water level that seems passable but without it, you have to have perfect movements
The amount of emotions ryu expresses in the 10 seconds from 3:57 to 4:07 is incredible

I guess they recommend stick for 45° swimming. Havent played mario maker yet but going more than 4 directions with the D-pad gets me in trouble in other platformers

This is why I love Ryu so much, whenever he fails, he never actually "fail" instead he found or discover something useful from his failure..

The frog suit will make playable water levels but also garbage ground levels
People at 4:40 make me so confused... levels like this aren’t even impossible levels and ryu got almost the entire way without falling too many times, just seems like if you tried it for a few more minutes the creator could’ve completed it. How was it so impossible that it needed a dev exit??

There's one thing I dislike about the frog suit (aside the stuff that's meant to be annoying about the frog suit) - Getting through underwater doors is surprisingly awkward with it, or at least was in the first MM2 frog suit level I played.

joycon stick man here. I have the nintendo pro controller too but the stick on that sucks because it takes so long to swing it back and forth for things like controlling mario in the air and precision levels. while the joycon stick can be flicked back and forth in different directions at rapid speeds. pad's way better on the pro controller than the joy con though so you can forget about duck jumping well if you use the joy. loved the video, that first level was lit even though dev stuff is unfair he just forgot to tag it as a puzzle solving level :D

I always figured you as a joystick guy because of your awesome ground pound cancel air stalls in New soup. Dpad is my favorite way to go too :) I feel it's more precise but I occasionally use the joystick and ThaB is a joystick guy so it must be a decent way to go :) I'm just rambling glad you're enjoying the frog suit later man.
