Boots for walking is a definite here. The scenery is just so peaceful and untapped and off-roading for sure.

Exactly, we didn’t know how bad we needed boots but yes they are a definite.

Not to discourage anyone but flooding could be a challenge in the future if development is not well planned, considering the flat nature of the land.

Yes it has to be well planned

It is NOT coconut. It's very common in Northern Ghana. It's called voracious palm fruit. Google and see it. .First, You have to wash it with clean water and use your two hands holding firmly and hit on hard surface until all parts has become soft then you gently bite the husk from the top and peel it downwards. . You can eat it with your two hands holding it together if you want to mash i. We don't use knife to cut because it's not possible. Another way of enjoying it is to soak it in warm water after peeling the husk with your teeth that's local way and soak in warm water(half bowl of water) for at least 30 minutes then you mash it slowly to bring out the texture and good smell and it's sweetness until you begin to see the seed pale white and you remove the fruit from the water. It will look like red porridge without added sugar and it's smells good, sweet and cleans your teeth just like after chewing sugarcane. Infact i can go on on on because i was a little boy in Northern Ghana and it's was plenty in our farm. Now i am in England. The seed has 3 uses and maybe i had to email you and show you how it's done. Please NEVER cut the fruits down rather plant more. Get in tough if you are interested. Anyway all best ans welcome home to my motherland
