Depending on the region you have created your account in, the data will be stored in or respective data centre which we own and operate.

Import of tags DOES NOT WORK! Very frustrating... OK I will try using notes as tags, hmm cannot search those in contact module, only by when they've been updated. How about in Desciptions? sure... but cannot search descriptions at all... what a clunky clusterf*ck software.

Hey Matt, yes you can't import tags from other data but you can assign a tag to the records while you're uploading it. You can also mass select records in a module based on your criteria and assign a tag to them. Please talk to our team, we can come up with some options together depending on your use-case.

Hey, Zoho, try deleting videos which are outdated. Your whole UX/UI is completely different from what people are seeing on this video. You guys really need to start providing better customer services. I am already thinking about moving my company away from Zoho for this very reason.
