He wasn't just retying he was adjusting them all the way down. When you dance a lot, shoes can become too tight in some places and too loose in others while you dance making them uncomfortable. You can't give your best performance if your feet are hurting so dancers will readjust as needed during the breaks in the performance. Earlier in the clip RM was doing the same thing.

This recording is nothing short of incredible. As I have never been to any of their concerts and could cherish small snippets here and there only, I am truly amazed when I see song after song and their dance performances transitioning all the way to hyper energetic Idol. Seeing Jungkook had me honestly shook. We all know he is a Super man of the stage but still, his stamina is absolutely beastly. Watching him in Idol felt almost uncomfortable because I know how it feels when muscles are full of lactic acid and lungs burning. God, he is something else. I mean they all did incredibly well, but he is just totally another level. Incredible. Thank you for sharing this recording:-)

Что касается Чимина , то его способности невероятны, его пластика, гибкость вызывают восторг. В его танце присутствуют элементы гимнастики, акробатики, танцев на льду. Такими способностями не обладает никто из мемберов. И тем не менее Чимин держится очень скромно, не высовывается впереди всех как это делает Техен. I’ve seen their live performances countless of times on YT, live stream or on TV but never had the pleasure of seeing them live in person. I’m always in awe of how much energy and stamina they have. Especially during the PTD concerts as they did not have any solos. Their breathe control is on another level entirely. JK is seriously an energizer bunny 😂
