If the dots embossing folder is the one I think it is is called Swiss dots. Also I learnt that if you use versamark on your stamp, then immediately add the ink of your choice you get a crisper image
What a fun way to send birthday or thinking of you and valentine even Christmas messages in these cute little envelopes. I don't think that the big swipes detrack from the overall look of this card. I hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy prosperous healthy 2023 Natasha.

Would be fun to make sentiments just peeking out of each or a couple of the little envelopes - a Christmas card made with two made with Christmas paper & a small “Merry” sentiment in one & “Christmas” peeking out of the other would be so cute, too - could even cut those from Christmas gift tags perhaps.

I like the big swipes on background, it breaks it up gives your eye somewhere to go. Love the mini envelopes. For valentine's, can put a small note in each one. I enjoyed this. I made something similar a few years ago for my granddaughter. I had forgotten about it. I put several of the envelopes on a card. I put a single word in each one. So she had to take them out and figure out the message. She enjoyed that. Also wanted you to know I learned something interesting. Your use of the reverse tweezers to hold something while the glue dries. Thanks
love these, thank you..when I was a young teenager, I used to make patterned envelopes to send to my friends, they looked super cool especially the striped patterns.. :)

I often use the strips I cut off to decorate the outside of the envelope so they matchy match.
