But you are wrong when you say kidnappig bade ki bhi ho sakti hai aur bahla fusla kar kidnapping hoti hai. For kidnapping from lawful gaurdian age is fixed at 16 and 18 years for male and female. So, adult can never be kidnapped. and in Abduction, the word deceitful means has also been used as one of the ingredients along with force. isliye jor jabardasti se to abduction hoti hai. sath hi bahala fusala kar deceitful means se bhi
