Yu Jang is a hidden gem! The garlic chili shrimp and Korean BBQ wings are absolutely delicious, and the hand-pulled noodles in black bean sauce are a must-try. A great spot for bold flavors and unique dishes!
1968-1972, with reruns. There wasn't a lot on that wasn't soap operas on the 10 channels we got on cable TV so I did watch a lot of galloping as a wee lad.
As I'm a rather inconvenient 2500 miles from Vegas, you're killing me! I want to eat every item at every restaurant you go to, you're that good at selling & describing the dishes. Keep up the good work!
Ouch, sorry to hear you are so far from our excellent restaurants! Might be time for a trip...but wait until March when the weather is just about perfect here, 😁😁. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Hi Chef, this vlog had me salivating, the shui mai looked absolutely delicious as well as the egg rolls, actually everything looked spectacular! We don’t have honey walnut prawns here but I love salt and pepper prawns. Good job :)
I love watching your videos, when I'm hungry it's torture, I just want to get in the car and drive. I wish more restaurant reviews were this detailed and covered as many options. Thanks again for another helpful and mouthwatering review. PS. I would love it if you added a Google Maps link to the restaurant being reviewed. I know that not everyone uses Google but this is TH-cam... That way I can click on the bookmark in maps and find the place easily when I want to visit.
You know, funny thing...when I'm putting up the information about the restaurant being reviewed, I go to Google Maps to find the address, phone, etc...So duh, yes, let me add the Google Map link! Thanks for the comment, 😁😁
Beautiful food shots here guys. I agree with your dish of the day! YUM. I noticed lots of tiny black flecks in most of the sauces, black pepper? I remember my first taste of chinese mustard. San Francisco china town in the '60's. Hot! Karla in Cali.
That’s very kind of you, thank you for supporting my channel! Is there not a way to link to TH-cam from your tablet? Is there no way to connect to the internet from the tablet?
I think it’s time you start a 2nd TH-cam channel where you cook for us. I would watch every episode! No doubt, you are an excellent Chef! Would you ever consider this? Let us know. I think you would really draw a large following on social media.
Well, maybe some day when this is no longer a hobby and I quit the day job. Right now...one TH-cam is about all I can handle. But, thanks for the idea and the encouragement! BTW, there are two videos in our channel where I do cook for you! They are both in a separate playlist: th-cam.com/play/PLyIKxf4Ch1RGOycChgMgK5q2X7nEUjoDP.html Enjoy! 😁😁
Honey walnut shrimp is my favorite dish. Unfortunately none of my local Chinese restaurants carry it. But we have a panda express, that's the best I can do when I want some. I like my Egg rolls with the hot mustard. Have you ever tried it? Everything looked so good, but I can not eat the shrimp with shell. Love that dish you can not pronounce. It's so good. Great place.
Oh no. My Chinese ancestors died again when you cut the noodles. They symbolize long life and cutting them is bad luck like cutting your life short. 😮😂
When you cook shrimp they will shrink much more if you take the tail off. Additionally it's adds a lot to the flavor when cooked with the shell. And, many people love the shell!! Also, nutritionally, there is glucosamine you get from the shell which many people feel is good for joint health.
Well, there's a lot more to this story. Here's an excellent article on the subject (because there are many michelin star restaurants in Vegas, 😋) vegasfoodandfun.com/michelin-star-restaurants-las-vegas/ Thanks for the comment!

As I said, the article points out that there's more to this story. And, you've cherry picked the passage you quoted. Here is the full quote: "Presently, there are no current Michelin star restaurants in Las Vegas. While stars have been awarded in the past, they technically only apply to the year they were awarded. Don’t take this to mean there aren’t any Michelin starred restaurants in Las Vegas because this isn’t the case. " Funny how you left out the rest of the quote, 😉 Anyway, glad you liked our video.
@@LetsEatVegas Michelin themselves says the stars expire. You have to earn your star(s) annually. Your videos were much better when you used to do a POV and comment as you ate. This video just comes across as a commercial for the place. Lots of negative reviews of this place as well, seems like a typical strip mall Chinese joint...
Glad you enjoyed the video! You're comment is confusing, however...Showing the food, consuming the food, and giving my opinion while that's happening, that's what I've been doing in every video. Can you be more specific about your comment?
@@rogeeeferrari …I like Let’s Eat Vegas’ format. I actually dislike when other restaurant reviewers shovel their food in their mouths and think we need to watch them chew their food. (Some of them also have poor etiquette and could use a few “finishing school” lessons on eating/table manners, too.) I much prefer Let’s Eat Vegas’ way of reviewing and sharing their experiences.

You've got great taste, those are definitely some of the best dishes there! Thanks for watching and commenting, 😁😁
All I can say is after watching this video I need to book a flight to Vegas. The food looks amazing.!!!😊
Glad you enjoyed it. We've already been back since filming, lol. Thanks for commenting!
If I wasn't diabetic, I would be headed to Vegas, also. I particularly appreciate your taste for fine food.
Thank you, Benny. Sorry to hear about the diabetes, 😔
Omg you threw me back to my childhood with the Galloping Gourmet lol!!!!
Another great review!!!
Ahh yes, Graham Kerr, definitely dating ourselves, lol. Thanks for comment, 😁😁

Exactly! Remember Dark Shadows with Barnabas Collins? lol
Yes! The Garlic-Chili Shrimp look amazing! 😋
They really are amazing! I couldn't get enough of them, 😋😋
Those shrimp shumai 5:52 look delicious!❤
Oh yes, they were the real deal. I could eat a boat load of those!

Your narrative is very poetic, but you could use some better editing. There’s a really good 8 minute video in there.
Thanks, glad you like the video!
please ditch the canned laughter....
your content is so good & the fakey laughs are so tacky.

There are currently no Michelin starred restaurants in Las Vegas.

OK, guess I'll have to be illegitimate.
Panda Express is terrible food. I rather eat McDonald’s. Not sure why the headline compares a good restaurant to a restaurant chain.
It was an example of a Chinese food chain that is very successful and that everyone knows.
