It is a uncontrollable movement or sound some people have Tourette syndrome (which I don’t have as far as I know) which means basically it happens all the time.My tics only happen when I’m anxious,upset just basically having a negative emotion or if something that triggers one it will happen (hope this helped for anyone that didn’t know!)
