I just love love love how ZZS took on the burden of guilt WKX carries about Cheng Ling's family's death. He was resolute, clear and straightforward about the whole thing. "After I am cured, let's find the killers, and then confess to Cheng Ling together". I think, in any relationship where one half is under a weigh of heavy guilt, this act of empathy and compassion from their partner often saves them more than anyone can imagine.

He never had a clear reason to doubt his master (he doesn't watch the story the same way we do), so it's understandable that he stands with him. I would too. I think WKX was skeptical because he was afraid CWN could reject Gu Xiang once her identity was revealed, but he saw his integrity when they talked about that and finally let her leave with him. I also think that he won't stand by his master if the guy ever shows any clear sign of being "evil". CWN seems to have very good discernment, he can see the good and the bad beyond titles. He doesn't seem to harbor any hatred for WKX even now that he knows that he is the Chief of the Ghost Valley, for instance. He is pure, but I don't think he is naive...

I really love, how Ah-Xu handles the fact, that WKX is the Master of Ghost Valley. I think, 90% of the writers would take this to bring more drama into their story, and I love the fact, that this doesn't happen in SHL/TYK and that the loyalty between ZZS and WKX is so deep❤️ And that ZZS already knew this makes it imo more believable, since he was the leader of the Window of Heaven, what means, he is not only strong in Martial Arts, but also very sharp. Thanks for the great character development which stays true to the personalities of the characters 🤗💕
People should never underestimate Zhou Zi Shu when it comes to wits lol He does not only know about WKX's identity, but he also knows the true plans of WKX's but he just doesn't expose him. ZZS and WKX are written to be very shrewd/intelligent characters that should not be looked down upon.

I want a relationship like Zhou zishu and wen kexing. That part where they both try to get up over and over after ye baiyi whoop their butt I dead laughing 😂
I also realised Chengling has the same story as WKX. The kid is also innocent, and caught up in this powerplay that resulted in the death of his family. And near the end you can see how ecstatic he is about wiping out the Ghost Valley, much like how WKX is eager to wreak havoc on the Alliance since long ago.
But with one very important difference, WKZ was taken by Ghost Valley, and everyday was a 'fight or die, kill or be killed' scenario. Chengling however, was taken in (not taken, but taken in) by two people who care for him, and what he wanted. Yes, he was challenged in his training, but they did that because they cared for him. They were going through a hard time, and they wanted him to be able to protect himself.

Finally, the episode where a lot of the Zhou Zishu gifs are from. Zhang Zhehan really excels at fighting scenes; especially after he has removed his beggar disguise, he moves with such poise and elegance. I've never been a fan of martial arts stunts, but ZZS/ZZH has coverted me. Ugh.

I really love, how Ah-Xu handles the fact, that WKX is the Master of Ghost Valley. I think, 90% of the writers would take this to bring more drama into their story, and I love the fact, that this doesn't happen in SHL/TYK and that the loyalty between ZZS and WKX is so deep❤️ And that ZZS already knew this makes it imo more believable, since he was the leader of the Window of Heaven, what means, he is not only strong in Martial Arts, but also very sharp. Thanks for the great character development which stays true to the personalities of the characters 🤗💕

I also realised Chengling has the same story as WKX. The kid is also innocent, and caught up in this powerplay that resulted in the death of his family. And near the end you can see how ecstatic he is about wiping out the Ghost Valley, much like how WKX is eager to wreak havoc on the Alliance since long ago.
But with one very important difference, WKZ was taken by Ghost Valley, and everyday was a 'fight or die, kill or be killed' scenario. Chengling however, was taken in (not taken, but taken in) by two people who care for him, and what he wanted. Yes, he was challenged in his training, but they did that because they cared for him. They were going through a hard time, and they wanted him to be able to protect himself.

It feels so much like ZZS remembering something WKX used to get him out of his melancholy in the past, so he uses the same idea on WKX. Basically, it means to live in the moment. Concentrate on the simplicity in front of you.
