I've encountered fans like that multiple times. and I found it's annoying too because I was dancing around (and not taking videos or pictures of singers) to enjoy the concert fully.
I can totally understand!!! there are some fans (like the person who sat beside me or fansign) they are filming the whole 3 hours but I’ve “only” filmed around 20mins in total and I can assure you I enjoyed every minute at my seat and my moments with treasure^^ there have been way more but I’ll keep them to myself 🥰 also I am dancing and singing the whole time I don’t know how some people really just sit there quietly hhhaga ^^
