I had a recent breakup and I had a feeling everytime I m being cheated upon. I stumble upon this meditation when I want to break this pattern in my life. I wasn't carrying hard feelings for any one but for myself to attract this pattern. During my 1st session, I felt as sleep within 5-7 mins of video n wake up towards end. That night I slept like a baby after long and woke up at peace
I never knew I had this much pain stored inside, it all came out with tears my vulnerability, my pains all.
