I also noticed that the portable crane is back by the other side of the escalators. I've seen them store it there, but maybe track goes up there next, as track was scheduled to ramp up in the first couple months of the year.
I appreciate it! Oh the walls are gonna go up before all the track is done? Interesting. So, I guess they'll be blocking some angles of the construction. At least there's always the overlook and Frankenstein parking structure. I'd love to see track get added over the escalators. Obviously will be done after park hours. But I wanna see and cover the results. I think it's what everyone is waiting for.

Be sure to bring Miracle Grow to enhance the soil next time and maybe it will 'grow' faster from what the employee was talking about. 🤣😅 Next time you get to Magic Mtn....you going to make a video of any construction on the new coaster? Stay safe with the wind and fire-currently sheltering in place in Burbank. I really hope they incorporate a new version of the UNIVERSAL CITY sign into the redesigned landscape. I love the view from the Burbank hillside, especially seeing the escalators between the upper and lower lots. Every 4th of July, I watch the Burbank fireworks in my neighborhood with Universal’s fireworks lighting up the background!

@@AmericasCoasterNetwork I was thinking the same thing...is "Fast & Furious: Universal City Drift" too granular? 😅When I was a tour guide at Warner Bros. when I got that tour cart up to 5MPH I used to say Fast & Furious: Burbank Drift...and the tourists laughed and laughed...but no one, including myself, really got it 🤔
How are you already calling the new ride for Magic Mountain trash? Aside from the plans and one sketch of the "seats," we don't know too much about how it'll look. Modern Vekoma coasters are well liked by coaster enthusiasts. It should be a lot of fun.
