Bakit kailangan pa I drain yong vinegar n salt mixture kung ibabalik din pala sa jar?? Doesn't make sense.
Para hindi tumulo yung parang sabaw pag nilagay sa garapon.
Para maremove ang air as much as possible ( pressing). and it should be submerged with brine para Hindi mangitim ang ibabaw
