27:15 I think that installation is part of Hsinchu city lantern festival. Hsinchu city lantern festival mainly locates at the front side of the train station (north side of the train station), and the front side of Hsinchu station is significantly more developed and more popular than the back side (south side, the side in this stream). Also, the Hsinchu train station’s front side building is a national historic site from Japanese era, and it’s worth visiting.

In addition, English is a mandatory subject in basically all east Asian countries’ education system, so almost all people have certain level of English skill. But the problem is that English is also a major subject in college entrance exam in all East Asian countries, and because of diplomaism in East Asia, many students study English just to get good grade in order to enter good universities, not to really learn a language. That’s why although English in a mandatory subject in compulsory education of East Asia, many people still don’t know how to use English correctly or might just be afraid of using English.
