Can't overcome it. 28 and only worked in shit jobs. Living in Lebanon with no way out. All my friends from school and college left to US and Europe and UAE and worked with big multinational companies. I'm rotting here with no way out and changing plans each 2-3 months, burning away whatever small savings I have left.
I'm a complete failure as a human being and every day I wake up with a very heavy weight on my chest and each time I try to focus on something the anger and anxiety and feeling of failure gets to me.
Don't be so hard on yourself man, life can be random and sometimes things don't work out for reasons beyond our control. Being angry at yourself can only make things worse. 28 is still very young, there is still plenty of time to fix things

Thank you. My life is a mess and i've been holding off changing anything for the longest time. my room is not a disaster but it's not clean also. My pc is halfley assembled with parts everywhere for weeks now. I just got weekend and will be assembling it and cleaning afterwards.. its' a start. Thanks man.
