Three sharps at the start would suggest A major or F#minor Pentatonic. The first chord of the solo is an F# so this would make sense as well. That's what I would suggest without actually playing it myself.

To be honest I'm not sure. But surely its easier to create ur own. OR learn the solo in part and be creative around it.
