I have an issue with the beep code on my T7500. It seems it beeps 6 times maybe 2 2 4 which I can't find on the troubleshooting site. Then the led lights indicates 1 and 3 only. And it doesn't boot.
Hi there. I've been having some bad 3 days now with my T7500. It booted up well yesterday, did some light web surfing but can't get it to power on today. I can't even get the BIOS so I could disable the annoying SAS part. It gets stuck at Searching for devices on HBA 0 or Dell Inc. MPT boot ROM, no support devices found! The only thing I did yesterday was upgrade the bios to A18. I even did it sequentially. Upgraded from A16 to A17 and then to A18 and this. Anything you think can help ? Every help I found online says I should get a new motherboard
I had the same exact issue. I was on A17 and upgraded to A18, it said "successfully updated" and that was the last time it ever booted. Perhaps Dell is just trying to get rid of these old machines so we buy new ones. I bought a refurbished motherboard on ebay instead, but I'm very reluctant to upgrade it to A18.
We use A18 on every system we sell, no issue. You can always force a "hard reset". power down, remove power cord. Hold power button for 60 seconds depress. Release, hold it for another 30 sec. release. Remove the motherboard battery for 60 sec. Reinstall it and reconnect everything.

If you had been working with it, did not make any changes to the system and it happens now is that you had a motherboard failure.

I fixed the beeping code .... it was a result of bad Ram. Now the new issues is that the mouse and keyboard works in the Bios but not windows UI
Install any drivers that the device maker has put on it, or grab a different keyboard and mouse that windows made, wired.
