Where does it say so? Please tell me. Having gone through the instructions, I did not find anything matching with your comment. In fact, I have the same question. Is the protective cover meant to be used on all 3 massage heads while massaging or just over the wave head. I could not find a specific answer. Rather, the 'Warning' under the topic 'FEATURES' says: "Please ensure the product is covered with a protective cloth when in use to avoid injury".
Sugato Mitra wave head stick to skin so for smoothing massage need protective cover.. rest 2 have chance tear up cover .. i have the same with dr. physo brand.. and its mentioned there.
