Dimash es un camaleón musical y eso es lo que nos gusta, en todos los cover que hace nunca hace lo mismo que el original y esa es su magia, siempre hace suyas las canciones ,ten en cuenta también que en aquel entonces no sabía nada de Inglés y lo hizo genial, hay una canción que canta en el programa the singer que se aprendió en una semana en mandarín es asombroso eso le valió un grami chino ,además el solo fue invitado como comodín ya que era un concurso para cantantes reconocidos y desde la primera actuación se fue para arriba ,y la verdad que el ganó pero como las reglas no permitían que un extranjero ganará quedo en segundo lugar, que no es irrelevante el lugar aquí los que ganamos fuimos todos sus dears quien tuvimos la suerte de escuchar y conocerlo.

En ese concurso, una de las reglas es que los covers de otros artistas no pueden hacerlo igual que el original, tenían que hacerlo diferente y Dimash siempre la hace suya. Os recomiendo en éste concurso All by muy self de Celin Dión. Espectacular!!! y Hello de Lionel Richie.

Excelente reaccion y analisis con sus comentarios acertados. Cancion iconica de un alto compromiso a interpretar.
Pero te comento algo que muchos desconocen al reccionar.
En este programa muy conocido solo asisten los mejores cantantes y de larga trayectoria musical e incluso hasta de 50 años ay Dimash fue un invitado extrajero con solo 22 años el primero tan joven en la histoeria del concurso hasta ese momento.
Pero las regla de este concurso es que te permite interpretar temas ineditos o clasicos muy famosos pero deben ser versionados totalmente diferente al tema original....pero sin dejar de escucharse como un gran tema.

Hacer un cover no es imitar el original sino que tomar el tema y hacerlo suyo a su estilo y cada cover que hizo dimash realmente se adueña del tema y lo supera . El nunca imita el crea el tiene los títulos suficiente para crear y mejorar un original. Ahí tenía 22 años su inglés lo fue mejorando y no se como no se confunde ya que canta como en 8 idiomas un genio total y en el programa tenía que hacer cover o sea arreglarlos a su manera todos son cover geniales y logro poner dos temas de él en kasajo un tema en chino sin saber nada de chino lo preparo en una semana que era el tiempo entre cada presentación y fue extraordinario “autumn strong” lo recomiendo . Que más decir EL es arte puro.

Lo primero es un concurso. Segundo los arreglos se los hicieron tengo entendido que solo tenia una semana para preparar el en ésta competencia. Además la banda no era de Rock . Pero lo hizo muy bien, un cover con su estilo Dimash. Saludos para ti y tu papá. desde Panama..

👉 In 2017 Dimash received a wildcard for the “The Singer” competition in China. He was the youngest participant ever (22 years old). Foreign participants were actually forbidden until then. The director ignored the ban, believing Dimash would only stay 1 or 2 episodes and then go home.
This competition is not a talent show. Only professional, award-winning singers participate. Nobody knew or heard Dimash before and he had to start first ... and after his first song "SOS" Dimash captured the hearts of over 600 million viewers and a mega-star was born overnight. The next day, bodyguards stood in front of his door.
"The Show Must Go On" was the 3. song in the competition. Participants have one week to learn the lyrics and arrange the song. Dimash did not speak English at this point.
The competition consisted of 14 rounds over 4 months. The jury consisted of 500 spectators who knew music, not just your average "Joe". They were well screened to be sure they would be able to judge the musicians fairly and competently. With up to 1 billion people watching this TV program and international interest was aroused. The performances were uploaded to TH-cam ... and so we became Dimash's Dears.
The Chinese organizers planned... but Dimash came, sang and stayed ... for the next 3 years in China ... but he only finished second in the competition because he is not Chinese (conditions have changed: 2018, Jessie J. won).

Ana recuerda que Dimash nunca canta los covers como lo cantan los autores, como musico le hace unos pequeños arreglo sin salirse del original pero adaptándolo a su rangos, modos y técnicas vocales, casi siempre las empieza una octava mas abajo para ir subiendo hasta hacerlas imposibles de cantar, ya que las canciones que el compone para el o las que componen otros compositores para el, si alguien osara cantarlas pues tendría que adaptarlas a su rango vocal ya que cantarlas al nivel Dimash seria imposible y difícil. También no se si te has percatado que todas las canciones compuesta por el o que le han compuesto, tienen varias versiones y nunca las canta igual. Cuando Dimash llego a ese concurso, lo hizo como invitado y solo iba a cantar dos canciones pero gusto tanto que lo dejaron en el concurso como otro concursante mas aunque las reglas en ese entonces decían que debía ganar un cantante chino, motivo por el cual a Dimash se le otorgo el segundo lugar a pesar de que todos sabían que el había ganado.

Naturalmente no encontraremos en esta versión los detalles que le imprimía Freddy. Es imposible hallarlos, porque justamente el desafío de este Reality era presentar un Cover con características propias y que cambiaras la versión original. No tiene sentido la comparación con la original
La banda esta en vivo ,Dimash la canto creo solo en dos ocasiones para mi Dimash tiene mejor voz y si Queen tiene su fanaticada y cada artista su publico ,pero creo que de esa epoca habian mejores bandas y solistas..es solo mi gusto personal....

Bueno yo estoy siendo objetiva y al ser una canción tan famosa y conocida es difícil no comparar con el original, no estoy hablando mal de Dimash solo estoy diciendo la verdad, su Pronunciación en ingles en esta oportunidad no es la mejor, pero eso no quiere decir que esté mal, es solo una opinión, no siempre estaremos de acuerdo todos los humanos en la tierra.

Es que es muy dificil igualar un cover de un original. Imagjna que si tuviera que compararse con el artista original cada vez que hace un tribut, tendría que rebanarse los sesos.
I respectfully disagree with you. This is a tribute to Freddy, not an imitation, Dimash is a genuine artist so he puts his own seal in any cover he does. His wide background in vocal training and composition allows him to make beautiful arrangements to make any song his own.
