This was so motivating! With back to school coming up soon I’ve been really trying to deep clean, Declutter and organize our home to make our mornings a lot easier. Also, I started cracking up when I saw a foot hanging over the side of the couch at the end😂

Hi Ashley! Just a tip- be careful storing your Louis Vuitton Pochette metis hanging on the hook in your mud room. Over time the hanging will ruin the leather on the part that is pressing on the hook. And the top handle when you hang it will stretch out the handle and put pressure on the sides. I suggest storing it sitting on a shelf instead of hanging it! 🖤

I have one for you that I find is amazing for sofa cushion covers, duvet covers even pillow cases. I turn mine inside out, then I put my hands inside down to the bottom corners of the inside out case and grab the cushion or pillow. That way, my case is already at the "bottom" of the cushion and i just need to pull the case up over it rather than forcing it down in. Way easier - I learned this from a Hotel Room Service lady and have never looked back

Very inspiring. Something I do that helps is I pay my college age niece (loves extra spending money) to help me. I can't afford a house cleaner, but she can do basic stuff and that frees me up to focus on a deep clean in another part of the house. And wow! I had no idea that a whole couch could be down. I'm severely allergic to it, now I'll be asking before I sit what kind of stuffing is there. But with a piece that large I would probably stop breathing just when I walk in the room. I appreciate that it is a luxury and many enjoy down, more power to you.

Love to watch someone else work! I have one recommendation for you …when I’m cleaning my sink I always pull out the rubber gasket where the water flows down to the garbage disposal. The bottom side of it is usually very dirty and needs to be cleaned. Just pop it back in the groove when you’re done.

Thank you for the tips you do show us! My favorite was when you showed using waxed paper on top of the kitchen cabinets! The floor vac/ washer must be a great product because in other cleaning videos it’s the same one. I may have to look in to that one!

Hi Ashley... today I took that little microfiber thing you showed us in a video that can clean under the fridge and stove (the flat one on an extension pole) and used it to clean under my washer and dryer (mine has little legs not a box stand it sits on) OH MY GOODNESS!!! the YUCK that came out was horrible... I actually paused the video just a few minutes in to write a comment to you, Ashley… seeing you climb up and hang on with one hand while wiping those upper cubbies with the other = Real Life! LOL As much as I LOVE ALL YOUR VIDEOS (relaxing cleaning, shopping/errands, decor/shop-your-home “itch 2 Switch, outdoor chores, cleaning hacks, the Air BNB series)… these deep clean motivators are probably my favourites! Thank you for another great motivational video Ashley. I am currently obtaining my Nursing degree and find it difficult to find the motivation to tackle my home. I have to do a little at a time or else I will wear myself out. Love the idea of powered Tide. I personally make my own laundry detergent with Borax, Arm & Hammer, and OxyClean and find that it works just as well as Tide. I will definitely be trying it out in my sinks. What I great idea! I think also when we clean the lint from our dryer, it produces all those little particles that float in the air which to me is very annoying and makes me sneeze. It's a necessary evil. Where did you get your backsplash tile in your laundry room? I love it!
So we actually just painted it black and used a white sharpie to draw the white hexagon shape! We used a tile as a template. We have a tutorial on a laundry makeover video and a reel on Instagram.
Which tide powder are you using? I don’t like a huge smell in my home but I’d like a little something.
