I’ve looked at several of her live videos and I cannot find an instance of her being even the slightest bit pitchy. It’s uncanny. She is the most accurate live-to-studio of any artist I’ve ever heard.

Kacey's voice is so pure. Lyrically, she is untouchable, IMO. Ibhave never heard a voice that can make me happy, and at the same time get so deeply lost in emotion that my soul isn't sure gow to respond, be it laugh, cry, love or hate. Her spirit reaches out and grabs me by the collar and says "Listen", and I find myself just kinda free to feel whatever my heart needs to feel.
She should be proud of who she is and what she stands for, regardless of what any of the genre regime masters say. She is her own damn force, and a genre all her own!

Most of the songs (or maybe all) in the album are actually country pop, a combination of the two but Kacey is really a country singer/songwriter. You could easily tell it from the lyrics of the songs.
