Pacific chill = 4711 white peach and coriander On the beach = killian moonlight in heaven Afternoon swim = bvlgari tygar Meteore = azzaro chrome and creed silver mountain water Imagination = dior homme cologne with some green tea in it Sur la route = acqua di gio profumo with some leather in it L'immensite = jeremy fragrance office for men
city of stars seems to be one of those scents that will have you getting compliments from women because they would wear it. there is a difference when it comes to types of compliments from women. some scents women love and some scents they love on you. just my opinion
Orage is French for “Thunderstorm”. I have this one and it has an effect mimicking the smell of the soil when the rain first hits in during a storm. If you’re into that then you’d like that one.
Love your videos. I have a bottle of Aventus Cologne that I bought last summer. The fragrance has garnered plenty of attention among reviewers but none for me . I have put a good dent in the bottle but I’ve never gotten a compliment. I’ve made sure to wear it among social gatherings indoors and outdoors but no complaints. Maybe now that I’ve had my bottle for a year and the ingredients have settled things might change. I certainly hope so.
Pacific chill gets more compliments than all the other louis vuitton fragrances...for me it's between pacific chill & l'immensite for most complimented louis vuitton fragrances. And then 3rd would probably be on the beach
Bond No 9 Wall Street, definitely agree about clothes ONLY. Smelled good at first but it soured on my skin, or something. Started smelling like I was working construction and sweating all day, salty like a wet dog swimming at the beach. 😂

KS used to recommend layering certain fragrances to magnify others and I was curious if any of these smell even more amazing when layered (and with what)? There's a fragrance from rue 21 called CJ White I have a lot of the other fragrances from that house but CJ White at costing $12 got me some ridiculous attention and compliments when I went to work I work indoors and they were saying the whole place smells good and I smell really really good it always amazes me when something very very cheap for lack of a better words I'll say affordable can get me more compliments perform better and frankly smell more unique than Chic luxury or very expensive quality fragrances although I have expensive fragrances I love my cheapies forever
Took some samples over a friend's house so he could give me an opinion on them and his roommate smelled Imagination out of the bunch. I had let them linger in the room for a while on some homemade test strips and he went to the ATM immediately! 😂😂

Maceration is what happens at the factory where they make the fragrances and way before you get your hands on them. What you’re talking about is maturation. Somebody please explain to me the fragrance community’s pathological preoccupation with compliments. I HATE compliments, I have a very dim view of humanity and when someone compliments me, I immediately get suspicious because that person is likely trying to manipulate me or finesse me for money, especially if I get a compliment from a woman. Men: do not be an easy mark simp, beware of flattery from women. Also, I do not need external validation, if I look and smell good, I already know it and don’t need to hear it from others. And when I am out, I generally want to be left alone, you mind your business and I will mind mine.
It depends on what you want to do with it. You don't have to wear a fragrance to go out of your way to please other people, though at the same time you should care about how you smell to some extent around others so that way you don't come off smelling like roadkill. I like fragrances since it's that icing on the cake that makes me feel like a million bucks. If I get compliments too, then that's cool I don't mind. If I don't, eh, whatever no sweat off my back since I don't need validation from others. The other thing is, it helps with attracting women too. Not saying it's like magic and it'll get you laid or something like that, but it's a nice way of having a little advantage when approaching a woman and potentially making the encounter memorable especially if it goes well and you're wearing something a little unique, she might think of you. :)
I think fragrances create experiences for you and for others around you. For me it’s majestic. I don’t need the compliments because i wear what i like whatever time of the year but just the thought that my smell may have created a positive experience or helped your day is a good feeling.

Louis Vuitton has some very good fresh fragrances. It seems like they have mastered the art of mass appealing scents.

I have Imagination, Nouveau Monde, and L’Immensite but my most complimented is Fragrance by Louis Vuitton is L’Immensite.
