    What size bolt? How about adding a bag of bolts, nut and washers to the trailers like y’all add clips for the chute? Not everybody is going to have bolts on hand.

      2.5 inch long 3/8 shoulder bolt with lock washer or nylock nut.

    This happened to me in Easton Maine. You can remove a bolt & nut from your mud flap to use or a couple of real thick zip ties. I used zip ties & it is easier said than done, really tight area to work in.

    Where are spare pins located? On the trailer somewhere?

    What does it mean when the valve pull and push button won’t pull out when the trailer break is applied?

    • @PRIMEINCTRUCKING
      @PRIMEINCTRUCKING  23 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      Pulling knob to release tandem pins will not work if brakes are released on the trailer, set brakes and the knob should pull. If pulling the knob and it feels like there’s no pressure behind it, would indicate no air pressure in the trailer air tank.

    Do the tandem pins have to be in or out before doing this repair ?

    • @PRIMEINCTRUCKING
      @PRIMEINCTRUCKING  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The repair would be possible if released (or out) only.

  • @thelightworshipper9687
    @thelightworshipper9687 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Curious about the sliding. How does the tandem slide? Is there ROLLERS or just friction? If friction, do you have to grease? How?

    • @PRIMEINCTRUCKING
      @PRIMEINCTRUCKING  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Our rails have Teflon pads, so any type of grease will actually hold road debris and cause them to get sticky, the only thing we suggest to put on the slider rails is soapy water if it seems sticky and doesn’t want to slide correctly. Thanks for watching our video!

  • @claytonebersole2714
    @claytonebersole2714 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    My trailer pins keep going back into the locked position before I can actually move the tandems the locking pins will disengage at the release valve and i can visually see the pins release but its like once my foot hits the service brake in the truck to move the tandems somehow it locks the trailer tandems pins back into the locked position even though there is no air being given to the tandems at the time of attempting tandem movements, I've never experienced what this trailer is doing its odd

      If you’re that lazy, then why don’t you get someone to pump fuel and check your fluid levels.... so you don’t have to do anything except DRIVE. I’d say a driver with that mentality is definitely LAZY.
