True, put them in dry. Torque wrench 13 ft pounds on tightening the spark plugs. If you don't work on cars regularly you can strip out the aluminum threads and then it will be a very expensive job.
“Genuine” Toyota parts are made by Denso. Always go with NGK, improves overall performance in the vehicle. I use them in my 19 TRD runner and my 00 jeep tj. Love the video! ✌🏽
Great video! Just followed these steps and got a P106B error code with a CEL light. Can’t figure out why because no codes were present before the spark plug change. Any insight?
@@BtwilliasGarage if TH-cam only lets you post screenshot then I would show you that it says it doesn’t fit. I’m glad it worked out for you tho. I’ll look more into it
I see what you mean on the link I tagged. Give it a Google and I'm sure you will see it's the correct part. My mpg went up 2.5 or so with these as well
I recommend going with Toyota spark plugs they’re actually cheaper why not just use the original plug.. Also, I just use a little WD-40 on the threads recommended on spark plugs
Nice video, except when he put anti-seize on the spark plugs.

Nice video, thx !! Maybe clean the throttle body next time, you were halfway there to do it at the same time. Made big difference for me.
I appreciate it! That is a good tip with the throttle body. Wish I would have done that!
No explaination about what to remove, what bolts, clips, and what size bolts are...😮

Thanks! Man I'm really not sure on that one. I would check the air pumps first

1 to 1.5 hr?
@@BtwilliasGaragehow could it take you 1 hour when the video is 15 mins lol 😂
@@cowboyninja9811 Over half of this video is sped up 10x my man 🤣

Around 110k. Bought it new in 2017
How change the ignition coil
This video shows how to remove them. You would just follow this and swap out the coil wire for wire as you go
I’m curious why it says that it doesn’t fit for 2021 4Runners…only fits 2003-2013 4runners
What the Amazon link? Don't worry they will fit if you confirm the part number I gave
