This is merely fan art and NOT affiliated or endorsed by Bill Watterson, Universal Press Syndicate, Andrews McMeel Publishing or any of their associates. I claim no rights to any of the characters, and I will make no money from this. I've wanted to make this since I was a kid and I hope you guys enjoy it.

I’m not entirely sure about Spiff/Calvin’s hair, but overall this animation is outstanding! I also love the Calvin quote at the beginning. Very fitting.
I hate the voice though... too high pitched and childish. I can see why watterson never wanted to find one, it’s just wayyy off from what Calvin always sounded like in my head, and it’s uncomfortable lol. Agree about the rest though

Can you imagine if some company like Disney got a hold of this today.... there'd be a "Calvin and Hobbes" extended universe, with different movie series for each of Calvin's different fantasy characters, followed by a spinoff tv-series featuring the snowmen and then another for "Hamster Huey and the Gooey Kablooey."
and if they can pull it off, "Commander Coriander Salamander and her Single-hander Belly-lander."
This is brilliant!! I want to see the movie! I am going to share this with my sons, we read all of Calvin and Hobbes books when they were little.
I’ve literally been reading these books since I was in kindergarten (I found one in a box of my dad’s old books he was throwing away), I’m now in college and they still are my favorite thing ever and mean so much to me. This almost made me cry, thank you for this :) good work

This looks like movie quality animation! We all know that Bill Watterson didn't want to see CAH animated, but as a fan project this looks great.
I just realized that when I read these comics, I never imagined any of their voices in my head.

Probably the best-looking C&H fan animation ever made so far. I'm mesmerized at what capable fans can do on their own these days, often surpassing big budget studios on the results. This said, I should learn 3D to do my own thing as well :) Thanks for sharing.
I suddenly remember the Spaceman Spiff comicbooks I made as a kid. I stopped drawing when I was 16 because people thought it was “lame”. A shame, because I was really good.
I came from Philip Defranco’s secret link of the day and I love it. Amazing animation and sound design, I’ve never really gotten into Calvin and Hobbes but damn was this cool to watch. Continue making awesome stuff like this. :)

Calvin is a maniacal Napoleonic lightning rod of a kid. Spaceman Spiff would be gritting his teeth with an angry but in control look on his face while flying his flaming ship down to the planet. The kid in this animation is too timid and likeable.
