If you hug the left wall there will be a section with lots of open land and that’s where sand shrine is. Shira general spawns at the end

where is life steal in stats you mentioned? i only have “max hp” under defences

You have to get 30 sharpness and then you will see life steal

If you have frost forges cleaver try frost but if not you can go blood lightning and any of your choice
