If Holden and Jen ever watch The Sopranos (which they absolutely should!), they'll have disregarded these spoilers by that point. Same happened with me when people tried to spoil me on Lost. But even so, it's always a little iffy dropping spoilers like that in shows or movies for something that is still relatively recent in the grand scheme.
I didn't know I needed Madisynn in the MCU, but here we are. She's FANTASTIC!!! Completely unphased by interacting with demons. I loved her character!!!
Madisynn started out as one of those annoying valley-girl type characters but really became one of my favourites by the end of the show. She's quite the fan-favourite as well. Also, the second date guy with all the questions is definitely working with whoever is after Jen's blood. Most people are speculating it's the Leader since he's also been confirmed for future projects.
Some reasons She Hulk looks junky could be 1) the more clothes she wears, the more layers of clothes the software has to simulate in that shorter time, so yeah, Jen was right to notice that 2) Hulk looks amazing because they made him a borderline perfect 3d model in Endgame, and just imported that model for the show. She Hulk had to be made from scratch, which led to this mess because of underpaid and overworked artists
Second point is bang on the money. The first point here though is a little rough. Layers of clothes? Simulate in shorter time? They're not typically simulating all layers of clothing a person wears whenever you see cgi clothes. That would be a crazy of waste of time and resources. They merely create what you can see. There's an argument to be made for the clothes having to react realistically. As in creasing correctly etc. But I'm pretty confident in saying that there's no she hulk bra under the suit jacket causing issues with graphical quality.
it is also worth remembering that She-Hulk is the most CGI-intensive show that Disney+ has brought out, necessitating shorter episodes to operate within the budget constraints.
Madisynn is the best character in this episode and I legit hope we see her more often in the future. Not even kidding. Give me a full blown show with Madisynn and Wongers travelling realms to try out new drinks
As with most comedies things are played for effect, for instance even with Jen's corporate picture she'd get 100's of matches, she's a very attractive woman. But for the comedy of course you needed a reason for her to make a She-Hulk profile. So I just let those thoughts slide and enjoy the show. Likewise Wong wanting to make a legal example out of Donny rather than just handling it himself. Its all goods for the laughs. Also I need a one off short of Madisynn just drifting through in the background of major Marvel moments drink firmly in hand.
Normally that would be cool but this is supposed to be canon and the canon characters (wong and Emil so far) are not acting at all the way they would in the actual canon universe (which this is supposed to be) it's not supposed to be what if... season 2 that's still in production
@@carlmccartney1025 And when they do the same thing in the comics, that's not "canon"? When Frank Miller writes Daredevil grim and gritty then Mark Waid lightens things up, which is "Canon"?
@@greygorthegoateedgeek5350 they're both canon to their own stories, she hulk is supposed to be part of the greater mcu canon but then it pulls this, at least with spiderman freshman year they changed their mind about it being canon and told us way before it comes out
@@carlmccartney1025 And they had Thor mostrly serious in the first film and mostly comedy in Ragnarok. Then serious again (in the main) in Infinity War People can handle shifting tones, its a non-issue. The only important thing is if they are enjoying it.
I've really enjoyed all the episodes so far, but this is the first that really showcases all elements of the character: practicing attorney, super-human law, comedy with quirky ensemble cast, and super-hero adventure. It's a complex recipe and impressive they pulled it all together by the 4th episode. And, we get to look forward to so much more fun stuff, including Daredevil and the reveal of the big bad.
2:35 those are valid points about the trickiness of the cgi, but there's also CGI burn in. For instance, the Hulk has been CGI'd so much that the mapping has been done a million times, they have multiple references, and it's easier for them to do that on a budget. Whereas She-Hulk is brand new, so it's more difficult for them to do the CGI within budget. So they have to cut corners. 3:30 OK... you just addressed what I said. Sorry. 😞
The thing is She-Hulk looks great during the fight with the demons. Looks like they just set their priorities on the more action focused scenes. They can actually make her look good but they dont have the ressources/time to make every one look good
I much prefer the darker versions of Daredevil as well, but they had him do some pretty goofy stuff in his first few issues! One of my favorites is when he flips a trash can over and runs on top of it to catch up to the bad guy lol.
I've read Daredevil since the early 70's and to be fair the darker Daredevil is a more recent trend starting with Frank Miller. So I'm okay if he's lighter in this because that's the tone of the show. It means nothing as to how he'll be in his own show. Different creative teams handle characters differently according to the book they are in.
Greygor the Goateed Geek Yes exactly! People think that how he’s treated in this specific show is how he’ll be in everything else in the MCU and that’s just not the case. You can very easily have a Mark Waid type DD appearing in this series, but then returning to a more Frank Miller feeling DD in Born Again
@@greygorthegoateedgeek5350 lol but it was thanks to Frank Miller that he started to really sale and become popular. proving that the darker tone is more interesting in general.
@@angelbedolla347 He brought in a new audience but there has been over 500 issues of Daredevil and Frank did 23 of them. They were great and popular enough the comic went Monthly. Those 300+ issues that followed him did not always maintain that same tone, but kept a readership big enough to maintain the comic. You do not have to be dark to be good, and being dark doesn't automatically make something good. If its well written it will gain its own audience.
I love the darker Daredevil stories as well but when I started reading the original Stan Lee Daredevil books I enjoyed it as well it's very light-hearted but I liked it as well
One storyline through the series is Jennifer's simultaneous denial of and acceptance of her She-Hulk status. She is still trying to find her new self, as Bruce warned her she would have to do. Bruce's was more overt as the Hulk persona was such a different thing from his normal state. Hers is more insidious, because while she still feels like herself, everyone else reacts to her differently now. In some ways maybe it's similar to someone suffering a severe injury (losing a leg, becoming paralyzed, getting scarred or burned), inside a person feels the same, but people around react to the new circumstances in ways that make the person uncomfortable. I think that Daredevil's role in the serious, beyond whatever the obvious "hero" part of the story will become, is that he will be the mentor to Jennifer that Bruce couldn't be. He may be able to tutor her how to be both super powered and also to still be the attorney she wants to be, and how to balance those roles.
They've also talked about how some VFX artists aren't wanting to work with Marvel because they have unrealistic wants/demands 😂 OOP said it right as u posted it 😂😂😂 Heard about it after finally watching Thor: Love and Thunder. -The last guy wasn't necessarily a scumbag. It's just kinda jarring to wake up and see someone COMPETENTLY different. There was also apart of the comics that kinda the same thing happened. She had a date with a guy came home, did what they had to do. She turned back into Jen and had to change back before the guy woke up.
I think this is the first time Jen straight up responds to Holden’s “I’m talking about such and such….what are you talking about?” Lol loved that whole back and forth between y’all. And then her substance in hair line also caught me off guard but we’ll appreciated. I half expected Holden to look at her with a “Jennifer (middle name) Hardman!” Lol
You're gonna see Shulkie be REALLY into some people later on, especially when Matt comes into the picture, because it's been confirmed that they'll have mad chemistry and flirty dialogue, makes sense, Matt Murdock is... a handsome devil! (Jen is right about the looser fabric, because She-Hulk looks fine to great, but that much loose fabric can be distracting.)
I feel like I can “watch” She hulk through this channel without wasting my time . I just enjoy the reactions of Holden 😂 I couldn’t get past the first episode
Talking about the animation, I think I might have found myself in a similar position as Jen, but I came to a different conclusion as to why. I never considered the clothing she's wearing as a factor, but I always feel like it's more noticeably CGI in her office - which is where she's wearing her big Steve Harvey suit. Outside of that environment, for this episode we can say at the restaurant and in her home, there are a lot of close-up shots and her face looks about as good as I could ever expect it to. I think it looks amazing, honestly. In the office, I think everything looks a bit off. I might be wrong, but is everything outside of the ever-present giant windows green screen, or at least false in some way? That makes even the live people look a little out of place, but especially She-Hulk. It's not _so_ much that she looks bad, but the lights seem to make the colors look different than they normally would be. It looks more like she's cut and pasted into the environment than anywhere else, but I don't know if I'd be looking for it if everyone hadn't been making such a huge point of it before the show was released.
The Steve Harvey suit is intentional but needs to get mentioned in-show to spell it out for the audience. Clothes makers don't make any Women's Clothing in her size. Not "off the shelf" anyways. She Needs to get measured while Hulked Out and get custom clothes made. And honestly she's making enough money to do that now. But considering her family upbringing and having spent her whole career working as an ADA she's clearly not used to making that kind of money and is probably uncomfortable spending large sums, like ordering a whole custom made just for her line of clothes! LOL Most ppl respond to sudden large increases in income by going on massive spending sprees. But people who grew up learning to be frugal with money respond exactly the opposite. They just keep living on the same small budget and shove the rest in retirement savings. Takes time for them to get comfortable spending more of it. As for her face looking good sometimes and not as much other times, that's a matter of how much is budgeted for each scene. Every episode has a budget, and only the first and last 2 have a higher budget. The rest will have the same. And the production team divides that budget up per scene. Thus sometimes more money is available for CGI on certain scenes while other scenes have less. The next time we see She-Hulk, either in a movie or in She-Hulk season 2, all of the work from this show will be available as a Foundation to then build on. Thus the CGI for her will get a lot better later on.
@@thebkg I'd like to take any opportunity to say "Steve Harvey suit" again, so about the Steve Harvey suit (twice, hell yes,) only knowing the character from these 4 episodes it makes sense to me that she would have to be pushed pretty hard to have custom clothes made, not only due to the cost, but it seems like she puts a big priority on being taken seriously at work. I don't imagine that she minds dressing in a.. bland way? Maybe that's the word. She looks uncomfortable when people stare at her. When her friend/paralegal was trying to convince her to take an interview and that it would only take a few minutes, I believe she was saying that those few minutes would be time that she could be focusing on work. I really don't have any hypotheses here, I just really enjoy trying to understand what a character is going through. She seems to be feeling what I imagine is a combination of an intense need to be taken seriously as a lawyer, while being paraded around both in the office and on TV as a Hulk, coming away from a job where she worked side-by-side with Dennis, who would constantly talk about women as.. not equal to say the least, I guess, and on top of everything, She-Hulk is cleaning up on Matcher while Jennifer Walters was thrown a bone and got to buy a guy some drinks. I guess you can bundle up all of the previous feelings and stuff them into the first girl in school who sprouted huge boobs over the summer and is getting all sorts of the wrong attention. I'd love to know if any of that sounds accurate. I can only base it on people watching and how it's been portrayed elsewhere.
i think episode 4 and 5 have been the best so far cause they feel so natural, the first 3 you can tell are finding their footing and establishing the show
Holden’s shirt was perfect timing for me. I recently started watching the entire Dragon Ball series for the first time. I just bought a few seasons of Dragon Ball Z on DVD and I’m very excited to start watching that portion of the series. It’s been a great series to watch while waiting for Holden to upload new videos
That one guy who kept on asking about her powers during the speed date scene, some people believe he is linked to the wrecking crew on episode 3 and with the boss who all tried to get her powers.
Ain't no way Jen looking like she does doesn't get a single damn match/date :) Good to see former WWE Wrestler & Attorney David Otunga (Jennifer Hudson's ex-husband)! Jen's VFX in the dating/fight scenes were noticeably better! Think the budget/time for her VFX went to certain scenes they thought was needed the most which is why they probably should have limited her appearances in She-Hulk form by having her only as Jen when she's 'lawyering' and then saving her as She-Hulk for the dating/action scenes. Donny Blaze actor Rhys Coiro aka Billy Walsh from Entourage aka the director Kat Coiro's husband was very good, and Madisynn is so the Zoey Deutch character from Zombieland: Double Tap :)
18:48 It's genuinely very interesting to me how things are interpreted from different perspectives. When the guy with the newly crushed pelvis first met Jennifer Walters after being lathered in a demon and hulk juice smoothie, as soon as he started repeating "Cool! Cool, cool.." My thought was, "Oh noooooo, I think she catfished this guy and didn't realize it and he's not into the 'real' her... This is going to sting." I actually didn't think they were making him a scumbag. They could be! But that wasn't my default assumption, and I don't feel like that's the most likely situation. He did seem genuinely confused about who this woman was. But! A lot of his lines throughout their date seemed _so_ perfectly what she wanted to hear that they didn't even order food for the table. There's obviously a scenario where this guy is just great at Hulk Smashing ass on Matcher and disappearing the next morning without thinking twice. On the other hand, she did literally portray herself as an entirely different person from the time that they met and didn't debut her actual self until after they presumably thunderclapped those cheeks. I mean, she _almost_ did what that Light Elf, Runa, did in the last episode, except she wasn't extorting him for money, but for.. add in another bad pun that is semi-inappropriate.
This was definitely the best episode so far! Seeing her in action and her personal life is interesting and Madisynn of course added another level of entertainment to the episode lol. I loved the banter between yall for this one!
Hi guys!!! love your comments and reactions!!! On the CGI, don't know if it was already said, but I heard on other channel that the lighting has a lot to do with how well the CGI looks, on darker scenes She-Hulk looks way better than day or lighter scenes.
There was nothing wrong with the dude at the end of the episode, he wasnt a scumbag he was catfished, he literally woke up to an entirely different person
@@StrandSteifen You can’t expect someone to be attracted to you at 7 foot something, green and muscular, to the exact opposite. He obviously didn’t know who she was so a simple “for the record I don’t always look like this” is necessary. He most definitely was catfished
My favorite episode so far enjoyed it glad they didn’t stretch the doctor storyline out into two episodes… did see a fan theory the date who calls her a specimen could be the dude from the wrecking crew who had a ski mask on and tried to get her blood
1. I'm glad that Holden finally mentioned the overworked VFX artists aspect of the show. 2. Regarding the comments on short episodes: I think it's because of the writing. If you look at some great shows that were produced in the nineties, there were a bunch of 30 min or less than 30 min sitcoms that had great writing, humor and a whole story for each episode, and you didn't notice how short it was, compared to She-Hulk today.
I don’t think that last guy was a scumbag per se. I think he went into it liking She Hulk and (as far as we know) didn’t know she could turn back into her human form, considering he said it was unexpected. I just think Jen as herself wasn’t his type while She Hulk (a tall, muscular/toned woman). Plus they’re definitely using that as a plot point common in the comics where Jen begins to prefer to exist as She Hulk bc she feels more beautiful and confident and likable in that form.
That name choice of Donny Blaze, combined with the “goat” and “soul” talk was VERY intentional I think. Ghost Rider (Johnny Blaze specifically) is definitely gonna be coming to the MCU soon. Which means a particular theorized character since Wandavision isn’t far behind 👀👀 MEPHISTO CONFIRMED
Wong is basically new Coulson when Coulson was going from movie to movie in phase 1 up until Avengers but instead of it being Wong’s job he’s just there havin fun
I honestly haven't been bothered by the cgi at all during the series. If I focus on it sure, but I've been having a surprisingly fun enough time with the show that I just don't really notice it. I do hope they start really getting into it now especially with how short the episodes are, though.
If it hasn't been pointed out already, the reason Wong took legal action instead of just usual sorcerer action is, as he states, that he wishes to make an example of Donnie. Having legal precedent that former sorcerers using untrained mystic arts represents a public danger with legal ramifications would deter these types of things from happening more than just making each case vanish into the mirror dimension every time (and take up more of Wong's time).
Yeah the CGI could be better in some scenes. But I'm loving the show SO much. Madisynn is iconic btw. And I can't wait to see Titania in the next episode.
I'm not really a "dog person" per se, however I'm totally here for Jen's defense of the dogs! 😃 Being loyal to your friends is cool 😎, even if they literally are dogs.
this is a good sitcom, also I heard somewhere that Donnie's Hype man: Cornelious Willows (Leon Lemar ) is actually 104 in real life so he really knows jake lol
I'm calling it, the dude asking about piercing her skin is the guy in the mask that tried to do it with the gang that robbed an Asguardian construction worker.
Talking of daredevil, are we going to see your reactions to s3 as it’s most peoples favourite season especially with the dynamic between Matt, Fisk and Dex
I can't help but wonder if Wongers isn't just keeping Maddisyn close not because he likes her (although he does) but because she's just been to another dimension where she has probably accidentally sold her soul to a demon and he's afraid for her and what it entails for the world..
When ya think about it, It doesn't make any sense that Wong would go to She-Hulk to deal with a magician. When he has Doctor Strange and a full army of sorcerers at his side.
So here's a fun fact. The actor who play's Donnie Blaze's elderly assistant is 104 years old. His name is Leon Lamar and he was 102 or 103 at the time of filming.
The strangest thing to me is the fact that Donny Blaze was accepted as a student of the mystic arts when Dr Strange was initially rejected. I don't see anything about Donny that would have gotten him accepted into Kamar Taj(not sure of this spelling🤷♂️).
I think with Strange, it was more about cultivating his drive and removing preconceived notions of reality before he could fully become who the Ancient One saw he would become. Heck, as she could see the future, she might be following her own projected future in denying him at first ala circle time
My thoughts exactly about Madisynn .... she would have been sooo annoying by herself, but seeing her with Wong was absolutely priceless. They're a great plutonic couple. :)
Your guys' faces when they gave spoilers for the Sopranos 😂 Fun fact: The "Mystic Castle" is supposed to be a play on The Magic Castle, which is an exclusive club in Hollywood where they do magic shows. I know it sounds like I'm making it up, but it's true.
To clear things up as a former bartender for a long time. All those dates happen multiple times an hour. Same with the guy who approached them in the beginning.
I do agree Kamar-Taj used to be secret, but I'm pretty sure the blip and unblip make it existence no longer secret. Beside, Wong already having problem with the law when he break Emil out of prison. He probably just being careful and tip toeing around the law this time.
Hey, Holden and Jen! I didn't care for this episode but I LOVE MADISYNN! Lol. Fourth wall breaks are the best! The dad bringing the shovel on the off-chance she needs to bury bodies was fantastic! Donny Blaze producing a "bird" in the form of a middle finger! Wong vowing vengeance on Blaze for screwing with his "Sopranos" binge! Madisynn needs to be a permanent fixture in the MCU! I love her as Wongers' squeeze! I hope Madisynn's contract with the demon goat wasn't a pact made with MEPHISTO that comes back to haunt her! By the way, the law firm's name, GLK&H, stands for Goodman, Lieber, Kurtzberg and Holliway. Holliway is the senior partner played by Stephen Coulter on the show but Goodman refers to Martin Goodman, the publisher of Marvel Comics in the '60s, Lieber is Stan Lee's real last name and Kurtzberg is Jack Kirby's real last name! What the show is getting wrong is that Jen finds her Shulkie alter-ego to be immensely liberating rather than a burden in the comics! She revels in her sexuality and popularity as She-Hulk! She's a glamazon and owns it! She bags beefcake, heart-throbs, muscle-men and even demi-gods who all melt in her presence! As Jen Walters she was an inhibited, mousy, buttoned-up wallflower. However, that doesn't fit current cultural sensibilities about feminism which seeks to desexualize women. If they wanted her rejection by the hot doc to carry weight, then they need to build upon Pug's attraction to her as Jen Walters. In the comics, he carries a torch for Jen but Shulkie friend-zones him. The scene of the guy she found attractive rejecting her true nature would be more meaningful if we knew there actually was a guy who preferred her that way which she was oblivious to. This show is lighter than air and drags at just thirty minutes. I need a deeper plot or more realistic characters or a sexier She-Hulk because this is just tepid and silly.
Watch the original blade and fantastic four movies with jen and maybe Matt and your other friends if they want to it's always fun when you're all together
I'm kinda surprised that neither of you commented on the creepy date who called her a 'specimen'. I wonder if he is related to the attack last week from The Wrecking Crew??? Seems like the show is being used for cameos and introductions. I REALLY hope they use this to introduce Doctor Leonard Samson to the MCU, or Rick Jones for that matter (if you are not familiar with them look them up, very cool characters closely tied to the Hulks)
I don't think the guy leaving in the morning was supposed to leave the viewer thinking he was a scumbag. Probably closer to him being confused as he was semi catfished I suppose
What you noticed in this episode is what a lot of people aren’t getting the CGI is purposely clunky when she’s in her business suit. When she was in the tee shirt is was good when she’s in the dress it’s good. Supposedly when they hulk out they appear closer to them best version of themselves in their mind. So it’s indicative of her not being comfortable in mens business suits from a big and tall store.
fyi Wong and Maddisyn are watching the show This Is Us in the post credit scene, which is a very good series that you should absolutely watch. Maybe not very suitable to be reacted to though.
Well she might find someone called.... Matt. 👀 Also, Titatia is supposed to be her main rival, so they should definitely set her up for something important.
2 things. one being the topic of cgi or vfx for she-hulk, if you notice how Hulk looks now after endgame hes got hair and craters/facial defecates because him being a male character especially having a similar motion caption actor for the reference any vfx artist will do the same for him but for she hulk its different because shes a female and females on average have flawless skin like no pimples no craters or crows feet unless it depends on their age but for this actress she already have good skin complixity so it makes looking at her she hulk vfx hard to look at sometimes because they cant do the same defecates on her face and mark ruffalos hulk face which makes sense at the end of the day. 2nd thing is i find funny that an NEW episode can come out yesterday and Holden will be like "wife watches new episode for the FIRST time' like no shit it just came out yesterday lmao
It's kinda hypocritical that Holden finds twerking to be a degrading thing door women dry, but he's constantly turning things into sexual innuendo no matter what show it is. That said, I'm glad yall are finally accepting the time of this show. This was a fun episode. Wong is always great anyone we get to see him. Madisynn looks A LOT like Wanda and I'm surprised that I haven't any reactors mention it. I also want to say that I don't think that doctor guy was wrong for not being interested in Jen. He was physically attracted to She-Hulk. He didn't focus solely on the physical attraction, but for a lot of people they're not gonna look past the fact that they're not physically attracted to you when it comes to dating and relationships. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. Now, if he treated her like dirt instead of just existing himself, that would've been bad. But he didn't. Maybe he'll come around to accept both sides of her, but he didn't know Jen side existed when he liked her on the dating app or throughout the date
you guys should also start reacting to "NewRockstars" breakdown of every Marvel episodes. they're the real deal. you'd enjoy marvel more. They've even gotten few shoutouts from the Marvel team for their impeccable work breaking down the show and revealing alot of Easter eggs over the years
10:05 While I want anyone who affects this personality in real-life to be hurled from a trebuchet into the sun, Patty Guggenheim as Madisynn is hilarious, especially when she calls Wong "Wongers". 😂

@@greygorthegoateedgeek5350 they're both canon to their own stories, she hulk is supposed to be part of the greater mcu canon but then it pulls this, at least with spiderman freshman year they changed their mind about it being canon and told us way before it comes out

People can handle shifting tones, its a non-issue.
The only important thing is if they are enjoying it.
@@greygorthegoateedgeek5350 yeah the trauma of losing literally every single person you've ever loved in 2 weeks has weird effects of the mind
“The more clothes she’s wearing, the worse she looks to me.” This is why we love Jen.
I love the darker Daredevil stories as well but when I started reading the original Stan Lee Daredevil books I enjoyed it as well it's very light-hearted but I liked it as well
🤣🤣🤣 Jen you are not supposed to say the dirty stuff out loud!!
You are right about Holden, though 🤭
The show Wong was watching is "This is us". One of my favorite drama series of all time. So well made!
The Sopranos has been off the air for 15 years and that episode has been out for 18 years. That’s on you.
You're gonna see Shulkie be REALLY into some people later on, especially when Matt comes into the picture, because it's been confirmed that they'll have mad chemistry and flirty dialogue, makes sense, Matt Murdock is... a handsome devil!
(Jen is right about the looser fabric, because She-Hulk looks fine to great, but that much loose fabric can be distracting.)
all i gotta say is keep doing more of these videos holden and Jen, no matter what I enjoy your opinions no matter what topic. keep it coming
I feel like I can “watch” She hulk through this channel without wasting my time . I just enjoy the reactions of Holden 😂 I couldn’t get past the first episode
Wow. its a fun show and the episodes are literally the same length as holdens videos
Wongisynn needs to be in the MCU from now on.
The green screen behind the large windows doesn't help at all because it focuses your eyes on She-Hulk all the ti. E inside the office.
I think this is probably how I feel about it too.
LOL
Most ppl respond to sudden large increases in income by going on massive spending sprees.
The one innuendo Jen is okay with is the only one where I'm like "okay buddy, calm down"
i think episode 4 and 5 have been the best so far cause they feel so natural, the first 3 you can tell are finding their footing and establishing the show
Holden’s shirt was perfect timing for me.
Which is probably true but is actually how 99% of us would be, aside from the specimen line
Jen's father is Cousin Larry from the 80s/90s sitcom "Perfect Strangers"

It's genuinely very interesting to me how things are interpreted from different perspectives.
Also the show Wong was watching when the flying demon creatures were going about and at the end credit scene was "This is Us" highly recommend
Glad the show is growing on you guys. Are you going to do reactions to all the trailers from D23?
Wrong
that's not catfishing. jen is both. the human version and the hulk.
Like if Hulk took a chick to his home and she wakes up to Bruce
@@StrandSteifen then why did she get no matches?
@@StrandSteifen You can’t expect someone to be attracted to you at 7 foot something, green and muscular, to the exact opposite. He obviously didn’t know who she was so a simple “for the record I don’t always look like this” is necessary. He most definitely was catfished
My favorite episode so far enjoyed it glad they didn’t stretch the doctor storyline out into two episodes… did see a fan theory the date who calls her a specimen could be the dude from the wrecking crew who had a ski mask on and tried to get her blood
madisynn, wong couple must be protected at all cost
Madisynn is our new queen!! She quickly captured our hearts
Secret Invasion and Werewolf by Night trailers are out now they’re so good!!!
What's amazing is Donny Blaze's hype man is an actor who is over 100 years old.
I think there was a ghost rider called Danny Blaze btw
You’re thinking of Danny Ketch but yes!
The She-Hulk mid-season trailer is worth taking a look at
Wong is basically new Coulson when Coulson was going from movie to movie in phase 1 up until Avengers but instead of it being Wong’s job he’s just there havin fun
lol holden just roasting the dogs is hilarious
I totally agree in regards to Madisynn, I was nervous her character might be annoying, at first, but I was surprised to find her quite endearing :)
Yeah the CGI could be better in some scenes. But I'm loving the show SO much. Madisynn is iconic btw. And I can't wait to see Titania in the next episode.
I'm not really a "dog person" per se, however I'm totally here for Jen's defense of the dogs! 😃
Being loyal to your friends is cool 😎, even if they literally are dogs.
this is a good sitcom, also I heard somewhere that Donnie's Hype man: Cornelious Willows (Leon Lemar ) is actually 104 in real life so he really knows jake lol
(13:19) No, it's "This is Us", the one starting Mandy Moore
I'm calling it, the dude asking about piercing her skin is the guy in the mask that tried to do it with the gang that robbed an Asguardian construction worker.
Talking of daredevil, are we going to see your reactions to s3 as it’s most peoples favourite season especially with the dynamic between Matt, Fisk and Dex
Nice, just before the next episode arrives tomorrow, comes your vid! 👌🏼😄
I can't help but wonder if Wongers isn't just keeping Maddisyn close not because he likes her (although he does) but because she's just been to another dimension where she has probably accidentally sold her soul to a demon and he's afraid for her and what it entails for the world..
Madisynn deserves her own Endgame level movie. Best new character in awhile
20:52 "setting her up for something more important" MAN I WISH
I really like this show and hope it leads into West Coast Avengers, with some of the upcoming content.
Heck, as she could see the future, she might be following her own projected future in denying him at first ala circle time
See I told yall Holden was gonna like it 😂
Sounds like hes just trying to appeal to the crowd that wont let him criticise it.
When Jen makes a dirty joke and Holden doesn't react with "Jennifer {middlename unknown} Silver"
My thoughts exactly about Madisynn .... she would have been sooo annoying by herself, but seeing her with Wong was absolutely priceless. They're a great plutonic couple. :)
Your guys' faces when they gave spoilers for the Sopranos 😂
Fun fact: The "Mystic Castle" is supposed to be a play on The Magic Castle, which is an exclusive club in Hollywood where they do magic shows. I know it sounds like I'm making it up, but it's true.
we want Bumblebee
To clear things up as a former bartender for a long time. All those dates happen multiple times an hour. Same with the guy who approached them in the beginning.
Again, in this show She-Hulk is NOT CGI, she is Malia Arrayah.
So funny the sorcerer supreme got a bestie
13:17 It's another show called This Is Us
I do agree Kamar-Taj used to be secret, but I'm pretty sure the blip and unblip make it existence no longer secret.
I REALLY hope they use this to introduce Doctor Leonard Samson to the MCU, or Rick Jones for that matter (if you are not familiar with them look them up, very cool characters closely tied to the Hulks)
yeah, eyes and voice kinda matches between those two guys. and the "penetrating of her skin" was very obvious.
The doctor could genuinely feel he's been cat fished with Jen presenting as She-Hulk then changing into a mousey brunette in the morning after.
The heart that Wong gets is Doctor Strange’s heart
Wong is just my absolute favourite
WONGERSSS!
I love how unfiltered Jen is lol
I definitely want a whole show of Wong and Madisynn
Blaze's side kick is now 104 years old... when he filmed this oldest actor to appear in a film or tv series... his real name is Rhys Coiro
There is an actor with the same name... not the same actor...
Take 2.... There is an actor born in 1979 with the same name... not the same actor...
When that drunk woman said she made a deal with a demon I was immediately thinking of Mephisto 😈
fyi Wong and Maddisyn are watching the show This Is Us in the post credit scene, which is a very good series that you should absolutely watch.
They've even gotten few shoutouts from the Marvel team for their impeccable work breaking down the show and revealing alot of Easter eggs over the years
Holden is such a W mans foreal
10:05 While I want anyone who affects this personality in real-life to be hurled from a trebuchet into the sun, Patty Guggenheim as Madisynn is hilarious, especially when she calls Wong "Wongers". 😂
Have 2 double check but I swear the judge is the girl vampire from the old lost boys movie with Sutherland from early 90's- the voice is the same..plus ortunga from WWE.. Jennifer Hudson ex husband was the muscle bound date of she hulk
