    I will do a Q&A on Invisalign when I (eventually) will be finished, so if you have any questions in particular that you want me to answer, you can leave it as a reply to this comment and I will include it in the video! 😊

      I started my invisalign in july, change tray every 7days, on my 21 tray it didn't track so i had to get rescan, waited 1mth finally my tray came in perfect fit. my treatment is 1- 30 trays. my new scan on the box is 1-15 trays, I was told after that i should be finish since this is a refinement stage, so confuse. right now im not happy with my teeth there spaces and my bite is off. I feel like they want to rush me out the door.

    I agree 100% I’m on aligner 38 of 40 and I’m nit picking too about my 2 front ones so I will be doing refinements for sure!!

      Thank you for commenting, Carol, I'm so happy to hear I'm not the only one! A few refinements will be worth it when we have already spent so much time (and money!) to get as close as we can to the result we want 😃

    Bless you!! I started mid December last year so I’m just a few months in. I worry so much about this process and the health of my teeth during. I feel a lot of others I see have white teeth and pink gums. Mine are getting stained and my gums are a bit red. My lisp is horrible as well!

    • @poppycalliope
      @poppycalliope 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SandraSkaar I think it was about 2, 2 and a half years if I remember correctly but I still wear a pair as retainers every night, I will wear them forever I guess 😂 but I switch them every now and then when they get worn out a bit

    • @SandraSkaar
      @SandraSkaar  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@poppycalliope Oh wow then I feel lucky to be almost done after a year! Have your teeth moved back at all or do they stay as long as you have the retainer? I will definitely have to use one as well, but after the circus of Invisalign 24/7, I feel like a retainer only at night won't be too bad 😄

    • @poppycalliope
      @poppycalliope 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SandraSkaar they haven't moved at all! But if I don't wear my retainers for about 2 nights I can feel that they are tighter when I wear them again! They say teeth have a very good memory and they move quickly, so retainers are our best friends 😂

    I have two rabbit teeth as well. yours kind of look cute as they are, but yeah I would probably go with the extra refinements as well. I'm on week 3! woohooo. Thanks for the inspiration haha

    Quick question, so if you start your journey and make payments for your invisalign... do you have to pay more for rescans and new sets if the others done get the job done?

    • @SandraSkaar
      @SandraSkaar  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thankfully I don't have to pay for the extra scans and refinements, I worry that would get very expensive really fast! But I have heard that some people do pay extra, so I would definitely ask your orthodontist how they handle it, just to be sure 😊

    Great transformation! Do you have to pay for your refinement? I hope not :)

      Thank you so much 😀 And no, thankfully the refinement was covered by my initial payment, so I didn't have to pay anything extra.

    Perhaps you [and your viewers] have learned that, "instant gratification" is a myth. Invisalign is an ongoing, steady process. If you knew how old I am, you would know why I am being patient with my program.

  • @shawncole3957

    It took me three years instead of the six months they promised. After three years they want me to wear permanent retainers forever and that they never mentioned at my consultation. After paying 9K and three years later I'm not happy. The gap between my lower front teeth is back. Not happy

      That’s terrible. I’m so sorry; 3 years is crazy. Have you reached out to Invisalign directly? That doesn’t make them look good. Hope you get some resolution. ☹️
